The subject of the project is to develop and market a product using wireless monitoring technology of the door lock in the form of a universal “Locky” key cover, which cooperates with mobile devices, BHMS systems and building alarm systems. Locky’s technological concept assumes the possibility of monitoring the state of the door lock without having to change the use of the lock and change user habits and habits. Locky is a versatile solution and very easy to use in many types of lock and key thanks to the use of a key head cap containing sensors and wireless communication module. The result of the project will be the implementation of new product innovation for the company and the market in a fully functional Locky key cover and market sales of the product. The project plans to carry out 2 tasks: 1. Development of a fully functional product, 2. Introduction of the product to the market and conducting marketing and sales activities. Task 1 concerns engineering, construction and IT work on the target product. Task 2 includes the development of promotional materials, promotional and marketing activities, sales. The project will be implemented in the macro-region of Eastern Poland, in Jasionka, in the Technology Incubator of the Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park, at the company’s registered office in the premises rented by the company. The company’s human resources, i.e., will be involved in the implementation of the project. The initiators Sebastian Regliga, Dariusz Lipka, Mariusz Bajor and Agnieszka Majek, Damian Dynur, Anna Arak-Stachacz and acquired resources, i.e. specialist for building distribution networks and key clients, software product developer, hardware product developer. Technical resources: premises, know how, previously manufactured MVP product, communication and visual identification, website and acquired resources i.e. fixed assets and intangible assets.
