The C-live project introduces a 15 % reduction in the cost of purchasing individual (consumer) databases and reduces call-center time to 20 % of our target group of companies purchasing consumer databases. The group consists of companies such as: Netia, PZU, Pekao SA, PKO BP, AVIVA, AXA, etc. The C-live system is a set of over 30 ready-made innovative algorithms that validate personal data, the algorithms check whether the contact information received on the registration form or in the purchased consumer database is active and that it has been left by the individual rather than by the machine/script. Our algorithms operate in real time and use innovative cognitive intelligence, allowing for immediate detection of irregularities in details received from consumers (individual customers) interested in our customers’ services. Our MVP of the C-live system was installed and tested on PZU SA customer, the results of the test were a confirmation of our business model assumptions and previous market analyses, which we made on our target group during business meetings. PZU SA introduced the C-live system, reduced the cost of obtaining data online by 17 %, and introduced a reduction in call-center costs by almost 20 %. Further C-live capabilities are still underway, such as user tracking and behavioral profiles with the use of IBM cognitive systems, which allow you to quickly analyse information and draw even more interesting information from generated user information. Realizacja Projektu C-live odbywa się na terenie Stalowej Woli(Podkarpacie) i wszystkie prace zespołowe są koordynowane z firmowego biura, usytuowanego w Stalowej Woli. Projekt C-live wprowadza redukcje kosztów zakupu baz danych klientów indywidualnych (konsumenckich) o 15% i odciąża czas call-center do 20% naszej grupie docelowej firm, kupującym bazy konsumenckie. W skład grupy wchodzą firmy takie jak: Netia, PZU, Pekao SA, PKO BP, AVIVA, AXA itp. System C-live to zestaw ponad 30 gotowych innowacyjnych algorytmów walidujących dane osobowe, algorytmy sprawdzają, czy otrzymane informacje kontaktowe na formularzu rejestracyjnym lub w zakupionej bazie danych konsumentów są aktywne, i że zostały pozostawione przez osobę fizyczną, a nie przez maszynę/skrypt. Nasze algorytmy działają w czasie rzeczywistym i wykorzystują innowacyjną inteligencję kognitywną, co pozwala na natychmiastowe wykrycie nieprawidłowości w detalach otrzymanych od konsumentów (klientów indywidualnych) zainteresowanych usługami naszych klientów. Nasz MVP systemu C-live został zainstalowany i przetestowany na kliencie PZU SA, wyniki testu były potwierdzeniem naszych założeń modelu biznesowego i poprzednich analiz rynkowych, których dokonaliśmy na naszej grupie docelowej podczas spotkań biznesowych. PZU SA wprowadzając system C-live, zredukował koszty pozyskiwania danych w internecie o 17%, jak i wprowadziło to redukcje kosztów call-center prawie o 20%. Trwają jeszcze prace nad kolejnymi możliwościami C-live, jak śledzenie użytkownika i tworzenie profilów behawioralnych wraz z wykorzystaniem systemów kognitywnych IBM, które pozwolą na szybką analizę informacji i wyciągnięcie jeszcze ciekawszych wiadomości z generowanych informacji na temat użytkownika.
