Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie włodawskim. W ramach proj. wsparciem objęte zostaną os. do 29 r.ż. w szczególności os. bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zakwalifikowane do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia).Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: 39% os. w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, os. z niepełnosprawn., os. długotrwale bezrob., os. z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poz. ISCED 3). Przy założeniu, że uczestn. proj. będzie 226 os. takich os.- 89 podejmie zatr.54%pozostałych os. nienależących do ww. grup. Przy założeniu, że uczestn. proj. będzie 56 takich os. - 31 podejmie zatr.Dla każdego z uczestn. przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawod. poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawod. danego uczest. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudn. i instytucjach (). Realizacja wsparcia przebiegać będzie w okresie od 1 lipca 2018 r. do 31 grudnia 2019 r. Wszystkie282 os. objęte zostaną pośrednictwem pracy lub poradnictwem zawodowym. 96 os. uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie kompetencje potwierdzone odpowiednim dokum.Bon szkoleniowy otrzyma 6 osób (2 os.- 2018r., 4 os.-2019r.), bon na zasiedlenie 30 os. (10 os.- 2018r. 20 os.- 2019r.), stażami objętych zostanie 153 os. (70 os.- 2018r., 83 os.- 2019r.), szkoleniem grupowym objętych zostanie 90 os. z czego 30% (27 os.) otrzyma po szkoleniu ofertę stażu w ramach projektu, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej otrzyma 19 os. (7 os.-2018r., 12 os.- 2019r.), zatrudnienie w ramach wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy otrzyma 11 os. (5 os.-2018r., 6 os.- 2019r.). The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Włodawa. The project will support people up to 29 in particular unemployed people who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs), qualified for the first aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or the second aid profile (so-called “requiring support”).The main result of the project will be to take up employment by: 39 % of people in the most difficult situations (including immigrants, immigrants, people with disabilities., long-term unemployment, people with low qualifications (to item. ISCED 3. Assuming that the project will be 226 people like this, 89 will take up 54 % of the remaining non-members. Assuming that the project will be 56 such wasps. For each of the participants, presenting a specific offer of activation will precede the analysis of skills, predispositions and problems of the profession. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Institutions. Support will be implemented between 1 July 2018 and 31 December 2019. All282 people will be covered by work or professional guidance. 96 people will be qualified or will acquire competences confirmed by the relevant document.The training boon will receive 6 people (2 people – 2018, 4 persons-2019), a voucher for settlement of 30 persons. (70 people- 2018, 83 people- 2019), 90 people will be included in group training, of which 30 % (27 people) will receive an internship offer within the project, one-off funds for taking up business activities will receive 19 people.
