The first element of the project will be a design audit (internal and external) which will allow to determine what actions should be carried out in order to obtain measurable effects of the application of design in the company. Of course, the Applicant will inform the Contractor about his development plans and expectations of the audit. As a result of a model audit, a model strategy for the applicant will be developed, which will include the following elements: the general characteristics of the company containing a model analysis of the company in terms of products, technology, organisational structure, customer communication processes, marketing strategy; a general description of the company’s design environment containing at least information on customer characteristics, a description of the main competitors, a description of market trends; identify key sectoral, social and technological trends in the context of the beneficiary with a high potential impact on the beneficiary’s market; an assessment of the level of use of design in the company and its potential in this respect; defining design problems in the company, which may affect both the product and other business processes in the company; recommendations for further detailed actions for the company. All tasks within the project will be carried out by experts designated by the Contractor, i.e. Mr.Jack Kall and Mr Bartłomiej Janiszewski, with the participation of people involved on the part of the Applicant, Mr Waldemar Pokojski and Mr Leszek Kuszczak. Pierwszym elementem projektu będzie audyt wzorniczy (wewnętrzny oraz zewnętrzny), który pozwoli ustalić, jakie działania należy wykonać by uzyskać wymierne efekty zastosowania wzornictwa w firmie. Oczywiście Wnioskodawca poinformuje Wykonawcę o swoich planach rozwojowych i oczekiwaniach wobec audytu. W wyniku przeprowadzenia audytu wzorniczego zostanie opracowana strategia wzornicza dla Wnioskodawcy, która będzie zawierała następujące elementy: ogólną charakterystykę firmy zawierającą analizę wzorniczą przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie produktów, technologii, struktury organizacyjnej, procesów komunikacji z klientem, strategii marketingowej; ogólny opis otoczenia firmy w zakresie designu zawierający co najmniej informacje odnośnie charakterystyki klientów, opis głównych konkurentów, opis trendów rynkowych; określenie kluczowych w kontekście beneficjenta trendów branżowych, społecznych i technologicznych o dużym potencjale wpływu na rynek beneficjenta; ocenę poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w firmie oraz jej potencjału w tym zakresie; zdefiniowanie problemów wzorniczych w firmie, przy czym problemy te mogą dotyczyć zarówno produktu, jak i innych procesów biznesowych w firmie; rekomendacje dalszych szczegółowych działań dla firmy. Wszystkie zadania w ramach projektu będą realizowane przez ekspertów wskazanych przez Wykonawcę czyli Pana Jacka Kall oraz Pana Bartłomieja Janiszewskiego, przy udziale osób zaangażowanych ze strony Wnioskodawcy czyli Pana Waldemara Pokojskiego oraz Pana Leszka Kuszczaka.
