Projekt będzie realizowany w formie projektu grantowego. Celem głównym jest rozwój kompetencji cyfrowych, w tym zwiększenie stopnia oraz poprawa umiejętności korzystania z Internetu w tym eusług publicznych, u 6 200 odbiorców ostatecznych którzy ukończyli 25 rok życia, zamieszkujących gminy województwa lubelskiego i podkarpackiego, poprzez skierowane do nich działania szkoleniowe w okresie do 30.11.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez następujące działania: działania przygotowawcze, przeprowadzenie promocji konkursu grantowego i działań realizowanych w projekcie, rekrutację oraz doskonalenie trenerów, nabór grantobiorców, szkolenie instruktorów, realizację i rozliczenie mikroprojektów przez Grantobiorców, kontrolę racjonalności i prawidłowości wydatków ponoszonych przez grantobiorców. Efektem realizowanych działań będzie podniesienie kompetencji w zakresie umiejętności korzystania z Internetu w tym elektronicznych usług publicznych u min. 80% odbiorców uczestniczących w szkoleniach (Polish)

The project will be implemented in the form of a grant project. The main objective is to develop digital competences, including increasing the degree and improvement of Internet literacy, including public e-services, in 6 200 final recipients aged 25, living in the municipalities of Lubelskie Voivodeship and Podkarpackie, through training activities addressed to them in the period up to 30.11.2019. The objective will be achieved through the following actions: preparatory actions, promotion of the grant competition and activities implemented in the project, recruitment and improvement of trainers, recruitment of grant recipients, training of instructors, implementation and settlement of microprojects by grantees, control of the rationality and regularity of expenditure borne by grantees. The implementation of the activities will increase competence in Internet literacy, including electronic public services, at least 80 % of the recipients participating in the training (English)
