    Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa modernizacja głównego punktu zasilania 110/15 kV GPZ Oborniki (Rozdzielnia 110 kV, rozdzielnia SN, potrzeby własne, infrastruktura zabezpieczeniowa, infrastruktura komunikacyjna i kompensacyjna mocy biernej). Zakres projektu obejmie następujące elementy: - w miejscu istniejącej zabudowa napowietrznej, dwusekcyjnej, jednosystemowej rozdzielni WN w układzie H5, - w nowym budynku zabudowa 34 polowej rozdzielnicy SN (2 sekcje 15kV, 24 pola liniowe, 10 pól funkcyjnych), - budowa dwóch stanowisk dla transformatorów 110/15kV o docelowej mocy 25 MVA każdy, - zakup i wymiana 2 transformatorów 110/15 kV 16 MVA, - w nowym budynku dwa wnętrzowe stanowiska potrzeb własnych o regulowanym prądzie kompensacji, - w nowym budynku dwa wnętrzowe stanowiska baterii kondensatorów równoległych, - w budynku nowe baterie akumulatorów, - w zakresie zabezpieczeń i telemechaniki zabudowa nowej infrastruktury, - w zakresie łączności do wykorzystania istniejąca zmodernizowana infrastruktura, - układy pomiarowe w zakresie liczników, transmisji danych i szaf należy przenieść do nowego budynku, w pozostałym zakresie zabudowa zgodna ze standardami, - odtworzenie powiązań po stronie 110kV (napowietrzne) Rogoźno - Bolechowo, powiązań 15kV, - obecny budynek zastąpi nowy budynek zgodny z obowiązującymi standardami, - drogi, parkingi i zieleń , oświetlenie terenu stacji, sieci wodno-kanalizacyjne, system ochrony stacji do dostosowania do nowego układu.
