The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the buildings of the Investigative Arrest in Ostrów Wielkopolski through their comprehensive modernisation and installation of RES. The project will be implemented as part of a single task-thermomodernisation of the buildings of the Investigative Arrest in Ostrów Wlkp. The thermal modernisation will include 6 buildings of the Investigative Arrest divided into 2 complexes: —External Division of the Arrest of Investigation-Administrative Part-4 buildings(buildings 4,5,6 and 7)about 1022,50 m² [administrative buildings] -External department of detention-part for arrested-2 buildings(buildings 1 and 3)of area 1988.20 m² [arrest building]. Implementation of the project results from the need to reduce emissions of pollutants to the environment. The audits of energet.buildings also showed their poor energy parameters. The project will be implemented in the period 15.03.2016-29.12.2017. The project will be implemented in response to the problems indicated in point B.3.1 on excessive emissions of pollutants, inefficiency of energy efficiency of buildings (e.g. small insulating isolation of external partitions, inefficiencies of ventilation, inefficiencies of energy, hot and c. Celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynków Aresztu Śledczego w Ostrowie Wielkopolskim poprzez ich kompleksową modernizację i instalację OZE. Proj.realizowany będzie w ramach jednego zadania-termomodernizacja budynków Aresztu Śledczego w Ostrowie Wlkp. Termomodernizacją objętych zostanie 6 budynków Aresztu Śledczego podzielonych na 2 kompleksy: -Oddział Zewnętrzny Aresztu Śledczego-część administracyjna–4 budynki(budynek 4,5,6 i 7)o pow.1022,50m2 [bud.administracyjne] -Oddział Zewnętrzny Aresztu Śledczego-część dla aresztowanych–2 budynki(budynek 1 i 3)o pow.1988,20 m2 [bud.Aresztu]. Realizacja proj.wynika z konieczności ograniczenia emisji zanieczyszczeń do środowiska. Audyty energet.budynków wykazały też ich złe parametry energetyczne. Proj.realizowany będzie w okresie 15.03.2016-29.12.2017 r. Realizacja proj.będzie odpowiedzią na problemy wskazane w pkt.B.3.1 dot.nadmiernej emisji zanieczyszczeń,nieefektywności energet.budynków(m.in.mała izolacyjność przegród zewn.,nieefektywny syst.wentylacji, c.o. i c.w.u.)i braku możliwości samodzielnego sfinans.inwestycji i prowadzić będzie do redukcji rocznego zapotrzeb.na energię cieplną i elektryczną końcową o 47,40,użytkową o 56,93%,pierwotną o 28,70% i redukcję emisji CO2 o 32,80% w ww.budynkach.
