The company Hrubieszowska TV Kablowa sp. z o.o. intends to carry out an investment in the Hrubieszów district related to Measure 1.1. Eliminate territorial differences in access to high-capacity broadband of POPC. The project involves the construction of a fibre optic network, a backbone node (PWR), access network nodes and the setting of radio masts with equipment. Schools in the district referred to in the requirements will be connected with a fibre optic connection with a minimum capacity of 100 Mbps.The schools will be equipped with appropriate active equipment (CPE, AP) in accordance with the requirements for connecting educational units.For households, a fibre optic network with a capacity of 100 Mbps for fibre or radio technology, respectively, will be available. The planned fiber optic network is intended to provide broadband Internet access for 43 educational units and residents of the district. In total, it is expected to be built ca. 310 km of fiber optic network based on pole substructure. Fiber optic cables will be installed on the poles.The built fiber optic network will be based on the skeletal layer of the majority of the existing Eastern Poland Broadband Network, and in several cases on other available fiber optic routes. The implementation of the project will definitely improve broadband internet access in the investment area.     Firma Hrubieszowska Telewizja Kablowa sp. z o.o. zamierza przeprowadzić inwestycję na terenie powiatu hrubieszowskiego związaną z Działaniem 1.1. Wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego internetu o wysokich przepustowościach POPC. Projekt zakłada budową sieci światłowodowej, węzła szkieletowego (PWR), węzłów sieci dostępowej i ustawieniem masztów radiowych wraz z wyposażeniem. Szkoły na terenie ww. powiatu określone w wymaganiach zostaną podłączone łączem światłowodowym o przepustowości minimalnej 100 Mb/s. Szkoły zostaną wyposażone w odpowiednie urządzenia aktywne (CPE, AP) zgodnie z wymaganiami dla podłączenia jednostek oświatowych.Dla gospodarstw domowych zostanie udostępniona sieć światłowodowa o przepustowości odpowiednio 100 Mb/s dla technologii światłowodowej lub radiowej. Projektowana sieć światłowodowa ma zapewnić szerokopasmowy dostęp do Internetu dla 43 jednostek oświatowych i mieszkańców ww. powiatu. Ogółem ma zostać wybudowane ok. 310 km sieci światłowodowej opartej na podbudowie słupowej. Na słupach zostaną zainstalowane kable światłowodowe.Budowana sieć światłowodowa będzie oparta w warstwie szkieletowej przeważającej części istniejącej Sieci Szerokopasmowej Polski Wschodniej, a w kilku przypadkach na innych dostępnych traktach światłowodowych. Dzięki realizacji projektu, w sposób zdecydowany, poprawi się dostęp do szerokopasmowego internetu na obszarze objętym inwestycją. Projekt wpisuje się zatem w cel POPC 1.1, którym jest „Wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego internetu o wysokich przepustowościach”. (Polish)
