The project consists of remodeling district heating networks with degraded thermal insulation and damaged by corrosion with heating pipes, into a sewerless district heating network from modern pre-insulated pipes with the construction of 21 individual high-efficiency heat exchangers and the construction of new district heating networks, allowing for connection to the grid of buildings for the purpose of dismantling local coal boilers. The project will reduce transmission heat losses on grids and heat nodes, reduce network failure and increase its durability and reduce the amount of gaseous and particulate pollutants emitted into the air, as well as environmentally burdensome combustion waste. Projekt polega na przebudowie kanałowych sieci ciepłowniczych ze zdegradowaną izolacją termiczną i naruszonymi przez korozję rurami ciepłowniczymi , na bezkanałową sieć ciepłowniczą z nowoczesnych rur preizolowanych wraz z budową 21 szt. indywidualnych wysokosprawnych wymiennikowni ciepła oraz na budowie nowych osiedlowych sieci ciepłowniczych , pozwalających na przyłączenie do sieci budynków ,w celu likwidacji lokalnych kotłowni węglowych. Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie spowoduje zmniejszenie przesyłowych strat ciepła na sieciach i w węzłach cieplnych , zmniejszenie awaryjności sieci i zwiększenie jej trwałości oraz redukcje ilości emitowanych do powietrza zanieczyszczeń gazowych i pyłowych oraz odpadów paleniskowych obciążających środowisko.
