The beneficiary of the project: “We change Black to Green" – modernisation of the city park, and ordering green areas on the river Czernica in Black”. The municipality of Black. The project will be implemented in the town of Czarne, Czarne commune, powiat Człuchowski, Pomorskie Voivodeship.The municipality intends to organise and manage the property for recreational and educational purposes. As part of the planned project, actions will be carried out to improve and restore the biological activity of polluted waters in the city by clearing the river Chernica riverbed. As part of the task, as required to maintain the environmental objective, there will be no interference with the original and natural nature of the shores and bottoms. The project’s environmental objectives will serve, among others: • Preserving the biodiversity of the park and the areas on the river Chernica, and thus the natural and landscape assets of the towns of Black. • Increased protection and restoration of the ecological values of the urban environment by increasing the biologically diverse area in the city of Black and its use to improve the lives of the city’s inhabitants. • Improving people’s awareness for sustainable development, the role of nature in human life, the need to save energy and combat climate change, preserve the biodiversity of the area. • Creating conditions for high activity of residents, shaping and strengthening the desired ecological attitudes. Beneficjentem projektu: „Zmieniamy Czarne na Zielone” – modernizacja parku miejskiego, oraz uporządkowanie terenów zielonych nad rzeką Czernicą w Czarnem.” jest: Gmina Czarne. Przedmiotowy projekt będzie realizowany w mieście Czarne, gminie Czarne, powiat człuchowski, województwo pomorskie.Gmina ma zamiar uporządkować i zagospodarować nieruchomości na cele rekreacyjne i edukacyjne. W ramach planowanego projektu przeprowadzone zostaną działania prowadzące do poprawy i przywrócenia biologicznej aktywności zanieczyszczonych akwenów w mieście przez oczyszczenie koryta rzeki Czernicy. W ramach zadania zgodnie z wymogiem zachowania celu środowiskowego nie będzie ingerencji w pierwotny i naturalny charakter brzegów i dna. Celom środowiskowym projektu będzie służyć m.in.: • Zachowanie różnorodność biologicznej parku i terenów nad rzeką Czernicą, a co za tym idzie walorów przyrodniczych i krajobrazowych miasta Czarne. • Zwiększona ochrona i przywrócenia wartości ekologicznych środowiska miejskiego poprzez zwiększenie powierzchni zróżnicowanej biologicznie w mieście Czarne i wykorzystania jej do celów poprawy życia mieszkańców miasta. • Poprawa świadomości ludności na rzecz zrównoważonego rozwoju, roli przyrody w życiu człowieka, konieczności oszczędzania energii i przeciwdziałania zmianom klimatu zachowanie bioróżnorodności obszaru. • Stworzenie warunków dla wysokiej aktywności mieszkańców, kształtowania i umacniania pożądanych postaw proekologicznych.
