Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X). Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The project will develop a method of manufacturing four types of products enabling the bonding of different classes of materials (metals, glass, certain types of plastics). The basic components of this system will be polyurethane adhesives and sealants that harden air moisture. In order to obtain joints with good mechanical properties and high resistance to atmospheric agents, a new type of oligomerols containing carbonate groups and aliphatic-aromatic ester groups will be used for the production of urethane prepolymeres. They will be obtained by transesterification of waste poly(ethylene terephthalate) butanediol and aliphatic oligocarbonates. Further research will seek to modify the curing mechanism of prepolymer so as to eliminate the hydrolysis reactions of the isocyanate groups resulting in carbon dioxide foaming. One solution will consist of the introduction of silicone groups into the prepolymer structure, which will be hydrolysed and condensed by moisture, forming polymer networks. Such materials will also be used as primers capable of chemically bonding to certain glued materials. The second solution, which is mainly used to obtain sealants, assumes the use of reactive solvents, which in moisture reactions will generate function groups reacting with isocyanate groups of prepolymeres without CO2 secretion. Additionally, primers based on photo-curing epoxy resins containing groups capable of reacting with adhesives and polyurethane sealants will be developed for precise bonding of metal elements. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X). Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. Drugie rozwiązanie, wykorzystywane głównie do otrzymywania uszczelniaczy, zakłada użycie reaktywnych rozpuszczalników, które w reakcjach z wilgocią będą generować grupy funkcyjne reagujące z grupami izocyjanianowymi prepolimerów bez wydzielania CO2. Do precyzyjnego klejenia elementów metalowych opracowane zostaną dodatkowo podkłady bazujące na fotoutwardzalnych żywicach epoksydowych zawierających grupy zdolne do reakcji z klejami i uszczelniaczami poliuretanowymi.
