Reference number of the aid programme: SA.42799(2015/X) Purpose of public aid:_Art.19 The aim of the project is to increase the sales of export products offered by JAGODA JPS s.c. as a result of the implementation of the programme of promotion of the machinery and equipment industry over the next three years (the achievement of the final indicators will take place in 2021). This objective is to be achieved on the basis of the sale of its own products, i.e. fruit and agricultural machinery. The offer includes over 25 product items. In the planned project, trade fair events are crucial for achieving the target. Trade fairs bring together numerous visitors in one place. In addition, they are a platform for exchange of contacts and a meeting place with counterparties. In the applicant’s own export strategy, trade fairs were selected, also in line with the applicant’s GO TO BRAND programme. These include trade fairs: —AgroWorld Kazakhstan/WorldFood Tech, Ałaaty, Kazakhstan, November 2018; —Yug Agro, Krasnodar, Russia, November 2018 and 2019; —AGROEXPO, Izmir, Turkey, February 2019; —SIMA, Paris, France, February 2019; — Agri Technica, Hanover, Germany, November 2019; This is an optimal number of events, allowing the company to strengthen its position effectively (especially in the Western Europe and Asia region) as well as dynamic entry into new markets. On the markets of Germany, France, the company already sells and has also participated in the fair as an exhibitor. In Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan (prospective markets), the company has not yet carried out export activities, but these markets are of interest to the applicant. Additional planned actions: —Training for the market: Russia; —Advisory service for the market: Kazakhstan; —Mission: to Russia for the Fair – Promotion Panel of the Polish Economy Brand; —Print of the catalogue; —Reconstruction of the website with translation; —Production of a promotional video about the company.
