The JB STAL SERWIS project is aimed at implementing innovative mass production of thermally cut metal construction components, covered with WOBISPAW-HYDRO layer and launching a new product on the market: prefabricated metal construction elements, resistant to adverse effects of environmental factors for a period of 1.5 to 2 months, while ensuring improved performance of further treatment. Currently, removing corrosion from the surface of steel elements is a labor-intensive process, costly, burdensome to the environment and harmful to health. As a result of the project, mass-produced metal elements heat-cut will be coated with a corrosion countermeasure layer, with a unique composition, facilitating the welding process (neutral for other machining processes, e.g. mechanical machining) with the help of an innovative technological line developed as a result of R & D works. Both in Poland and abroad, there is currently a high demand for secured metal construction elements, but there is no company offering – mass-produced – prefabricated metal elements protected against corrosion over a period of 1.5 to 2 months, intended for further machining or temporary storage. When the elements are manufactured in a traditional way, the anticorrosion properties are lost in incomparably shorter time – from 6 to max. 12 hours. In addition, in the case of traditional technology, there is no improvement in welding and machining properties. The innovativeness of the new technology is also reflected in the optimisation of the production process (according to the invention), which does not significantly increase the cost and price of end products. New product features will make the price of finished items acceptable to end customers. (English)

    Realizacja projektu firmy JB STAL SERWIS ma na celu wdrożenie innowacyjnej technologii masowej produkcji metalowych elementów konstrukcyjnych ciętych termicznie, pokrytych warstwą WOBISPAW-HYDRO i wprowadzenie na rynek nowego produktu: prefabrykowanych metalowych elementów konstrukcyjnych, odpornych na niekorzystne działanie czynników środowiska przez okres od 1,5 do 2 miesięcy, zapewniających jednocześnie polepszenie parametrów dalszej obróbki. Obecnie usuwanie korozji (rdzy) z powierzchni elementów stalowych jest procesem pracochłonnym, kosztownym, uciążliwym dla środowiska i szkodliwym dla zdrowia. W efekcie realizacji projektu, masowo produkowane metalowe elementy cięte termicznie, będą pokrywane warstwą środka przeciwdziałającego korozji, o unikatowym składzie, ułatwiającego proces spawania (neutralnego dla innych procesów obróbczych, np. obróbki mechanicznej) przy pomocy innowacyjnej linii technologicznej, opracowanej w wyniku prac B+R. Unikatowy skład WOBISPAW-HYDRO nada elementom nim pokrytym podwyższone własności w zakresie spawalności. Zarówno w Polsce, jak i za granicą, zgłaszany jest obecnie duży popyt na zabezpieczane metalowe elementy konstrukcyjne, ale nie istnieje firma, która oferowałaby - produkowane na skalę masową - prefabrykowane elementy metalowe zabezpieczone przed korozją w okresie od 1,5 do 2 miesięcy, przeznaczone do dalszej obróbki lub czasowego magazynowania. W przypadku wyprodukowania elementów w tradycyjny sposób, właściwości antykorozyjne utracone są w nieporównanie krótszym czasie - od 6 do max. 12 godzin. Dodatkowo w przypadku tradycyjnej technologii, nie następuje polepszenie właściwości spawalniczych i obróbczych. Innowacyjność nowej technologii przejawia się także w takiej optymalizacji procesu produkcji (wg wynalazku), która nie powoduje znaczącego wzrostu kosztów i ceny wyrobów końcowych. Nowe cechy produktu sprawią, że cena gotowych elementów będzie akceptowalna dla odbiorców końcowych. (Polish)
