I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). Recognising the importance of the growing problems related to the low efficiency of high-strength steel welding (HSS), R over 1000 MPa, cost-intensity of processes and a large number of structural defects, the Industrial Roboty Company decided to carry out interdisciplinary R & D works aimed at developing the properties of innovative material (on a global scale), high-performance HSS technology with a plasticity limit of 1300 MPa, which allows to preserve the advantages of the laser beam, using a high-performance coupling technology of 1300 MPa, a laser beam. The project’s objective will be achieved through the implementation of R & D work in 4 stages, which will be directly reflected in the NIS 17. Due to the level of innovation of the issues covered by the project, an interdisciplinary research team combining the knowledge of robotics, materials science, welding and IT, within which industrial research will be conducted by two universities with adequate scientific staff and laboratory facilities, has been developed. The AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and the Higher School of Computer Science and Management in Rzeszów, and development work will be done by a team of employees of the Applicant, headed by Prof. dr hab. inż. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Dostrzegając wagę nawarstwiających się problemów, związanych z niskim poziomem efektywności spawania stali wysokowytrzymałych (HSS), o R powyżej 1000 MPa, kosztochłonnością procesów i dużą ilością wad konstrukcji, Spółka Roboty Przemysłowe, podjęła decyzję o realizacji interdyscyplinarnych prac B+R, mających na celu opracowanie innowacyjnej (na skalę światową), wysokowydajnej technologii łączenia HSS o granicy plastyczności 1300 MPa, wiązką lasera, przy wykorzystaniu stanowiska zrobotyzowanego, która pozwoli zachować korzystne właściwości wytrzymałościowe złączy, zbliżone do właściwości materiału podstawowego. Cel projektu zostanie urzeczywistniony w drodze realizacji prac B+R w ramach 4 etapów, które znajdą bezpośrednie odzwierciedlenie w KIS 17. W związku z poziomem innowacyjności zagadnień objętych projektem, skonstruowano interdyscyplinarny zespół badawczy łączący wiedzę robotyki, materiałoznawstwa, spawalnictwa i IT, w ramach którego badania przemysłowe prowadzone będą przez dwie uczelnie wyższe dysponujące odpowiednią kadrą naukową oraz zapleczem laboratoryjnym, tj. Akademię Górniczo-Hutniczą w Krakowie i Wyższą Szkołę Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie, a prace rozwojowe wykonane zostaną przez zespół pracowników Wnioskodawcy, na czele którego stanie Prof. dr hab. inż. Edmund Tasak. (Polish)
