Celem Projektu jest zmniejszenie energochłonności budynku użyteczności publicznej poprzez głęboką, kompleksową termomodernizację budynku biurowego w Gryfinie. Prace termomodernizacyjne będą polegały na: ociepleniu stropodachu wentylowanego i niewentylowanego,ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, wykonaniu stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, przebudowie wewnętrznych instalacji odbiorczych (w tym: wymiana instalacji c.o., przebudowa węzła cieplnego, zmiana sposobu przygotowania c.w.u. z centralnego na lokalne), budowie instalacji fotowoltaicznej, wymianie oświetlenia na energooszczędne (wymiana źródeł światła na energooszczędne, wymiana opraw oświetleniowych).
