Celem projektu jest zmniejszenie energochłonności budynku użyteczności publicznej poprzez głęboką, kompleksową termomodernizację budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Kamieniu Pomorskim. Prace termomodernizacyjne będą polegały na: ociepleniu dachu, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, wykonaniu stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, przebudowie wewnętrznych instalacji odbiorczych (w tym: wymianie źródła ciepła, montażu pieca kondensacyjnego, montażu nowych grzejników stalowych, płytowych wyposażonych w zawory i głowice termostatyczne), budowie instalacji fotowoltaicznej, wymianie oświetlenia na energooszczędne (wymiana źródeł światła na energooszczędne, wymiana opraw oświetleniowych).
