The subject of the project is the development of an IT system Smart-OES designed to support the planning of the development and management of electricity networks (classic and intelligent) and the manufacturing and reception resources connected to these networks. The system will take into account technical and market interdependencies in networks with a high degree of saturation with local production units, energy storage, infrastructure for electromobility, active consumption, etc., taking into account the functional specificities of these networks – different for professional energy, industrial plants and energy communities (including energy clusters, energy cooperatives, virtual power plants). The overarching feature of the system is to take into account, at each stage of the analysis, the electricity grid linking all the HICs into a coherent whole. Appropriately modeled el.-en. networks and appropriate technical and economic analyses will maximise the simulation results to the actual phenomena occurring in el.-en. distribution systems, taking into account technical network constraints and stochastic nature of the HCA. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie systemu informatycznego Smart-OeS przeznaczonego do wspomagania planowania rozwoju i zarządzania pracą sieci elektroenergetycznych (klasycznych i inteligentnych) oraz zasobów wytwórczo-odbiorczych (ZWO) przyłączanych do tych sieci. Odpowiednio zamodelowane sieci el.-en. oraz właściwe analizy techniczno-ekonomiczne maksymalnie przybliżą wyniki symulacji do rzeczywistych zjawisk zachodzących w el.-en. systemach rozdzielczych z uwzględnieniem technicznych ograniczeń sieciowych i stochastycznego charakteru ZWO.
