Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article: 25 EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014) The project envisages carrying out industrial research and experimental development work to achieve 9 TRLs and pre-implementation works and create an innovative IT tool (based on the creation of new metaheuristic, evolutionary and genetic algorithms), dedicated to organisers and operators of public transport, supporting the organisation and implementation of transport services. As a result of the project, the applicant commercialises through the sale of the license an innovative product based on optimisation algorithms developed within the project designed for: — communication network design, – schedule design (courses), – brigade planning (tasks for vehicles), – service planning (tasks for staff). Algorithms developed in the project will be based on mathematical optimisation techniques: for example, metaheuristic, evolutionary and genetic algorithms to achieve the highest degree of optimisation with advanced calculation methods. The algorithms developed will be unique – never used before – in software dedicated to communication systems (innovation on a global scale). Algorithms will be implemented on a specially designed, separate optimisation server, separated from the application server, performing time-consuming and memory-consuming calculations. Within the framework of the project will also be developed and implemented algorithms to the system, averaging algorithms obtained from the public transport operators, actual journey times. The aim of this operation will be to build a model describing the communication network averaged times of journeys per individual (English) | |||||||||||||||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014) Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych i eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych umożliwiających osiągnięcie 9 TRL oraz prac przedwdrożeniowych i stworzenie w wyniku tych działań innowacyjnego narzędzia informatycznego (w oparciu o stworzenie nowych algorytmów metaheurystycznych, ewolucyjnych i genetycznych), dedykowanego organizatorom i operatorom komunikacji miejskiej, wspierającego organizację i realizację przewozów komunikacyjnych. W wyniku projektu Wnioskodawca skomercjalizuje poprzez sprzedaż licencji innowacyjny produkt oparty na opracowanych w ramach projektu algorytmach optymalizacyjnych przeznaczonych do: - projektowania sieci komunikacyjnej , - projektowania rozkładów jazdy (kursów), - planowania pracy brygad (zadania dla pojazdów), - planowania pracy służb (zadania dla personelu). Algorytmy opracowane w projekcie oparte będą o techniki optymalizacji matematycznej: np. algorytmy metaheurystyczne, ewolucyjne i genetyczne pozwalające osiągnąć najwyższy stopnień optymalizacji zawierającej zaawansowane metody obliczeniowe.
