The subject of the project is to carry out research works involving the development of an innovative process of design and production of ultra-low-fast water turbines. Implementation of the project results will contribute to the developed series of modern hydro assemblies with power from 5 to 100 kW. This system will have properly profiled blades depending on the speed of the water jet entering the turbine. In addition, a water guidance system to the turbine will be designed to maximise the use of existing hydrotechnical conditions. The turbine team will have water lubricated bearings to ensure that the water flowing through the turbine is not contaminated with lubricating oils and lubricants. Developed bearings will also ensure high durability and lower operating costs due to lower maintenance requirements and will have a long service life. This technological process will be implemented for own needs of the Applicant, which currently has a modern machine park allowing the production of bearings and seals. The extensive machinery park will allow T-G Dnalop Sp. z o.o. to become a leader among manufacturers of water turbines with a power range of 5-100 kW. It is also not without significance that the applicant already plans to export to foreign markets produced in the Polish factory of water turbines in the first stage of its activity. This is possible thanks to close cooperation with the world leader in the production of seals and bearings for water turbines, the Thordon Bearings group. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X)Determination of public aid: Article: 25 EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac badawczych polegającej na opracowaniu innowacyjnego procesu projektowania i produkcji typoszerego ultra-niskospadowych innowacyjnych turbin wodnych. Dodatkowo zostanie zaprojektowany układ naprowadzający wodę do turbiny, tak by maksymalnie wykorzystać istniejące warunki hydrotechniczne.
