The aim of this project is to implement innovative technology for the production of fine and medium-format components from vibropressed concrete using waste ash-judge mixtures from industrial combustion of 100 % wood biomass. The development of the above-mentioned products and their manufacturing technologies is the result of joint R & D works submitted for patent protection. On the basis of innovative technology, the applicant plans to launch and manufacture a new product group – prefabricated concrete products – compared to those previously manufactured in the territory of the Polyneste commodities. The new technology, which will enable the Applicant to implement innovative products on the market, takes the form of exclusive industrial property rights, the invention no. P.429647, was notified on 15.04.2019. The project will contribute to the achievement of the main objective of POIR 3.2 and thus to sub-measure POIR 3.2.2 by increasing R & D expenditure by KSM Parsęcko during the introduction of innovative technology and launching the production of new products. Celem niniejszego projektu jest wdrożenie nowatorskiej technologii wytwarzania drobno i średnioformatowych elementów z betonu wibroprasowanego z wykorzystaniem odpadowych mieszanek popiołowo-żużlowych z przemysłowego spalania 100% biomasy drzewnej. Opracowanie ww. produktów jak i technologii ich wytwarzania jest wynikiem wspólnych prac B+R, zgłoszonych do objęcia ochroną patentową. Na podstawie innowacyjnej technologii Wnioskodawca planuje uruchomienie i wytwarzanie nowej grupy produktowej – prefabrykatów betonowych - w stosunku do dotychczas wytwarzanych na terytorium Rzecz Pospolitej towarów. Nowa technologia, która umożliwi Wnioskodawcy implementację nowatorskich wyrobów na rynku, posiada formę wyłącznych praw własności przemysłowej, wynalazku nr P.429647, zgłoszona została dnia 15.04.2019 r. Projekt przyczyni się do realizacji głównego celu POIR, w ramach działania POIR 3.2, a tym samym poddziałania POIR 3.2.2 poprzez zwiększenie nakładów na działalność badawczo – rozwojową przez przedsiębiorstwo KSM Parsęcko podczas wprowadzenia nowatorskiej technologii i uruchomienia produkcji nowych produktów.
