The project aims to implement a new technology for the production of SOLAR Intelligent window systems with high thermal insulation parameters, together with an intelligent control system for solar roller shutter powered from photovoltaic cells and thus diversification of the Company’s offer. The above-mentioned window system was developed by the Applicant and then applied for patent protection. It is also the subject of two applications for a protected right on a utility model. The technology notified to protect intellectual property will be implemented by PAGEN Sp. z o.o. on the basis of first implementation. The main objective of the project will be achieved by: — purchase and assembly of new machines and devices forming a dedicated technological sequence including PVC profile machining centre, 5-axis machining center for aluminium profiles, automatic glazing buffer and glass robot, – start of production of window systems in two material variants – ALU SOLAR Intelligent and PVC SOLAR Intelligent by the invention of the Company, – sales of the product on the Polish market and export to foreign markets of the Company’s window systems. The project is a response to the needs of intelligent and passive construction. For several years, Poland and the world have seen an increase in the number of investments in the construction sector. The technology developed by the Company will allow the introduction of new beneficial solutions, which were not yet available in alternative/competitive products on the world market. The planned investment is part of the company’s strategic plans, among others strengthening the competitiveness of the manufacturer and will enable the acquisition of new groups of customers, expand the product catalogue and significantly increase the technological and economic efficiency of the company. Projekt ma na celu wdrożenie nowej technologii produkcji systemów okiennych SOLAR Intelligent o wysokich parametrach izolacji termicznej wraz z inteligentnym systemem sterującym roletą solarną zasilaną z ogniw fotowoltaicznych i tym samym dywersyfikację oferty Spółki. W/w system okienny został opracowany przez Wnioskodawcę, a następnie zgłoszony do ochrony patentowej. Jest także przedmiotem dwóch wniosków o udzielenie prawa chronionego na wzór użytkowy. Zgłoszona do ochrony własności intelektualnej technologia będzie wdrażana przez PAGEN Sp. z o.o. na zasadzie pierwszego wdrożenia. Główny cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty poprzez: - zakup i montaż nowych maszyn i urządzeń tworzących dedykowany ciąg technologiczny obejmujący centrum obróbcze profili PVC, 5-osiowe centrum obróbcze do profili aluminiowych, automatyczny bufor do szyb oraz robot do szklenia, - rozpoczęcie produkcji systemów okiennych w dwóch wariantach materiałowych - ALU SOLAR Intelligent i PVC SOLAR Intelligent wg wynalazku Spółki, - sprzedaż produktu na rynku polskim oraz eksport na rynki zagraniczne systemów okiennych Spółki. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby budownictwa inteligentnego i pasywnego. Od kilkunastu lat w Polsce i na świecie obserwuje się wzrost liczby inwestycji wchodzących w zakres tego sektora budownictwa. Opracowana przez Spółkę technologia umożliwi wprowadzenie nowych korzystnych rozwiązań, które nie były dotychczas dostępne w produktach alternatywnych/konkurencyjnych na rynku światowym. Planowana inwestycja wpisuje się w plany strategiczne firmy, m.in. umocnienie konkurencyjności producenta i umożliwi pozyskanie nowych grup odbiorców, rozszerzy katalog produktów oraz znaczne zwiększy możliwości technologiczne i efektywność ekonomiczną firmy. Jednocześnie projekt posiada wysoką środowiskową wartość dodaną, wpływając pozytywnie na ochronę środowiska naturalnego. (Polish)
