The subject of the project is the development of a new measuring system enabling rapid, accurate and automated modeling of human silhouette using digital photogrammetry techniques. To this end, R & D works will be carried out to develop a demonstration and prototype 3D measuring system (3D scanner) together with the necessary software. The project will also carry out research involving end-users. The competitive advantage of this 3D scanner solution will be linked to the presence in a single product of characteristics such as: relatively low price, high speed modeling of a person’s silhouette, relatively high accuracy and repeatability of the obtained 3D model and modularity of the structure that facilitates transferability. The result of the project will be a product innovation internationally. The project will cover three stages. Stage 1 will focus on industrial research in which a device demonstrator will be created with software that will be tested in laboratory and similar to real conditions. Within the 2nd stage, development work will be carried out, which will result in the development of the target version of the system. The last 3rd phase of the project will concern pre-implementation works, including implementation documentation, user manual and CE certification process of the device. The results of the project will be implemented within 3 years of the completion of the project in its own activity of EduRoCo sp. z o.o. The implementation will first consist of starting the provision of services using the device, and subsequently on its production and sale. Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie nowego systemu pomiarowego umożliwiającego szybkie, dokładne i zautomatyzowane modelowanie sylwetki człowieka stosując techniki fotogrametrii cyfrowej. W tym celu zostaną zrealizowane prace B+R pozwalające na opracowanie demonstratora i prototypu systemu pomiarowego 3D (skanera 3D) wraz z niezbędnym oprogramowaniem. W ramach projektu zostaną także wykonane badania z udziałem użytkowników końcowych. Przewaga konkurencyjna przedmiotowego rozwiązania skanera 3D będzie związana z występowaniem w jednym produkcie takich cech jak: relatywnie niska cena, duża szybkość modelowania sylwetki osoby, relatywnie wysoka dokładność i powtarzalność uzyskanego modelu 3D oraz modułowość konstrukcji ułatwiającą przenoszenie. Rezultat projektu będzie stanowił innowację produktową w skali międzynarodowej. Projekt będzie obejmował realizację trzech etapów. Etap 1. będzie dotyczył badań przemysłowych, w ramach których powstanie demonstrator urządzenia wraz z oprogramowaniem, który będzie przebadany w warunkach laboratoryjnych i zbliżonych do rzeczywistych. W ramach 2. etapu zostaną zrealizowane prace rozwojowe, efektem których będzie opracowanie docelowej wersji systemu. Ostatni 3. etapu projektu będzie dotyczył prac przedwdrożeniowych, w ramach których powstanie m.in. dokumentacja wdrożeniowa, instrukcja użytkownika oraz zostanie zrealizowany proces certyfikacji CE urządzenia. Wyniki projektu zostaną wdrożone w okresie 3 lat od zakończenia projektu we własnej działalności EduRoCo sp. z o.o. Wdrożenie będzie polegało w pierwszej kolejności na rozpoczęciu świadczenia usług z zastosowaniem urządzenia, a w dalszej kolejności na jego produkcji i sprzedaży. Usługi z użyciem systemu skanującego będą obejmowały warsztaty technologiczne dla dzieci i młodzieży oraz ogólnodostępne usługi skanowania 3D i drukowania 3D. (Polish)
