SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014) The subject of the project is the implementation of R & D works aimed at developing a multi-stage sharpening system for knives. This device is addressed primarily to meat plants, fish processing plants, catering establishments, and hypermarkets equipped with meat cutting departments. The sharpening system designed by the Applicant will be characterised by functionalities not available for other such products on the market. Above all, the sharpening of the knife will be subject to complete control. The applicant’s device will transmit the appropriate stereometry of the tip by adjusting the machining parameters (rotating speed, sharpening angle) to the size of the knife and its application. The device will have a temperature monitoring system in the machining zone, which will prevent the blade from being loosened or burned. Another innovation will be the kneading module, which by strengthening the blade by crushing it will slow down, will be less prone to chipping and changing geometry when sharpening the knife at the workstation. All these functionalities will allow to extend the life cycle of the knife, and maintain optimal cutting properties over a longer period of time. In addition to the device itself, new objective indicators will be developed in terms of momentary sharpness and durability of knives within the framework of the project. To measure these indicators, a special device will be developed to recreate the movements performed by workers during cutting meat or filleting fish. The device will measure forces and moments during cutting a specially developed extermination medium. The data collected in this way will be used to determine the quality indicators of the knife, which will reflect the efficiency and comfort of use... (English) | |||||||||||||||

SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. Wszystkie te funkcjonalności umożliwią wydłużenie cyklu życia noża, i utrzymanie optymalnych właściwości tnących w dłuższym czasie. Oprócz samego urządzenia, w ramach realizacji projektu zostaną opracowane nowe obiektywne wskaźniki w zakresie ostrości chwilowej i trwałości noży. Do pomiaru tych wskaźników zostanie opracowane specjalne urządzenie, które pozwoli odtworzyć ruchy wykonywane przez pracowników podczas rozbioru mięsa czy filetowania ryb. Urządzenie będzie realizowało pomiar sił i momentów podczas cięcia specjalnie opracowanego medium tępiącego. Zebrane w ten sposób dane posłużą do określenia wskaźników jakości noża, które będą odzwierciedlały efektywność i wygodę użytk... (Polish)
