The project concerns the implementation of a plastic profile welding device dedicated to the industry of hole carpentry. The indicated device, as well as the method of welding of plastic profiles, are the subject of an invention to which the Applicant has exclusive rights. The patented technology will be implemented by PREZ-MET on the basis of first implementation. The aim of the project is to build by the Company a competitive advantage on the Polish and foreign markets through the implementation of an investment consisting of the implementation of new technology and the launch of the production of welding equipment. The implementation of the project involves the acquisition of the necessary fixed assets included in the dedicated production process of the production line. The project promotes pioneering solutions for energy-efficient construction in the woodworking industry and provides an important impetus for the development of domestic smart specialisation. Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia do działalności Wnioskodawcy produkcji urządzenia do zgrzewania profili z tworzywa sztucznego dedykowanego branży stolarki otworowej. Wskazane urządzenie, a także sposób zgrzewania profili z tworzywa sztucznego są przedmiotem wynalazku, do którego wyłączne prawa posiada Wnioskodawca. Opatentowana technologia będzie wdrażana przez PREZ-MET na zasadzie pierwszego wdrożenia. Celem projektu jest budowanie przez Spółkę przewagi konkurencyjnej na rynku polskim oraz rynkach zagranicznych poprzez realizację inwestycji polegającej na wdrożeniu nowej technologii oraz uruchomieniu na jej podstawie produkcji urządzenia zgrzewającego. Realizacja projektu wiąże się z nabyciem niezbędnych środków trwałych wchodzących w skład dedykowanej procesowi produkcyjnemu linii produkcyjnej. Projekt promuje pionierskie rozwiązania dla budownictwa energooszczędnego w branży produkcji stolarki otworowej oraz stanowi istotny impuls dla rozwoju krajowej inteligentnej specjalizacji. (Polish)
