The aim of the project is to develop the company’s research and development laboratory through the purchase of devices enabling research and development, which will result in two product innovations: 1. Polymer which is a binder in water-borne graphic paint obtained on the basis of renewable raw materials – biomass of plant or animal origin (e.g. polysaccharides, casein, soya proteins, shellac) 2. A new range of water-borne graphics, containing as a binder previously developed polymer, characterised by biodegradability. The breakthrough of the project will include: • development of polymers based on renewable raw materials, which are an alternative to styrene resins, • relieve environmental pressure from synthetic and waste products, including styrene derivatives, xylene and other polymer synthesis, • launch a new generation of graphic paints, • increase the biodegradability of packaging by increasing the level of biodegradability of graphic paints. Innovation will be part of the idea of sustainable development in terms of the environment. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem projektu jest rozwój zakładowego laboratorium Badawczo – Rozwojowego poprzez zakup urządzeń umożliwiających prowadzenie badań i prac rozwojowych, w wyniku których powstaną dwie innowacje produktowe: 1. Polimer będący spoiwem w farbie graficznej wodorozcieńczalnej otrzymany na bazie surowców odnawialnych - biomasy pochodzenia roślinnego lub zwierzęcego (m.in. polisacharydy, kazeina, białka sojowe, szelak) 2. Nowa gama farb graficznych wodorozcieńczalnych, zawierających jako spoiwo wcześniej opracowany polimer, charakteryzująca się biodegradowalnością. Przełomowość projektu polegać będzie, m.in. na: • opracowaniu polimerów na bazie surowców odnawialnych, stanowiących alternatywę dla żywic styrenowych, • odciążeniu środowiska naturalnego z produktów syntetycznych i odpadowych, w tym pochodnych styrenu, ksylenu i innych, powstałych z syntezy polimerów, • wprowadzeniu na rynek nowej generacji farb graficznych, • zwiększenie stopnia biodegradowalności opakowań, poprzez zwiększenie poziomu biodegradowalności farb graficznych. Innowacje wpisywać się będą w ideę zrównoważonego rozwoju w aspekcie środowiska naturalnego. (Polish)
