Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie przez spółkę GISS nowoczesnego Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego. Projekt obejmuje zakup nieruchomości gruntowej, budowę oraz wyposażenie centrum badawczego w niezbędną aparaturę i sprzęt, w którym prowadzone będą prace badawczo-rozwojowe zdefiniowane w Agendzie Badawczej. Wszystkie niezbędne wydatki poniesione w ramach projektu służyć będą prowadzeniu prac badawczo-rozwojowych na rzecz tworzenia innowacyjnych produktów. Ich efektem będzie opracowanie nowatorskich systemów satelitarnych, poprzez autorskie opracowanie elementów tego systemu, o dotychczas niespotykanych parametrach technicznych i nowych funkcjonalnościach.
