The subject of the project is the development and prototyping by the research unit selected in the process of requesting the offer – Centre of Innovation of the Maritime Academy in Szczecin Sp. z o.o. – R & D services commissioned by the Applicant, which will result in a new module for recording and processing measurement data and a significantly improved system for monitoring fuel consumption of EFCM. According to the request for tender, the subject of the study will be the following: — Analysis of possible arrangements of the fuel supply system of main engines, auxiliary engines, boilers and other receivers including new types of fuel used on ships, – Developing algorithms to correct fuel consumption to the standard conditions for new types of fuels, – Developing the parameters necessary to implement the above-mentioned algorithms, selection of sensors and signal acquisition parameters, – Definition of detailed functionalities of the EFCM system, – Developing the design and prototype of the EFCM module. The implementation of the project will allow the Applicants to offer new and significantly improved products on the European and global markets. Duration of project II 2018 – I 2019. (English)

Niniejszy projekt odpowiada na zidentyfikowane potrzeby rynku światowego. Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i zaprototypowanie przez jednostkę badawczą wybraną w procesie zapytania ofertowego - Centrum Innowacji Akademii Morskiej w Szczecinie Sp. z o.o. - usługi B+R na zlecenie Wnioskodawcy, której rezultatem będzie nowy moduł rejestracji i przetwarzania danych pomiarowych oraz znacząco ulepszony system monitorowania zużycia paliwa EFCM. Zgodnie z zapytaniem ofertowym przedmiotem opracowania będą następujące kwestie: - Analiza możliwych aranżacji układu zasilania paliwem silników głównych, pomocniczych, bojlerów i innych odbiorników z uwzględnieniem nowych typów paliw używanych na statkach, - Opracowanie algorytmów korekcji zużycia paliwa na warunki standardowe dla nowych typów paliw, - Opracowanie sposobu pozyskiwania parametrów niezbędnych do realizacji w/w algorytmów, dobór sensorów i parametrów akwizycji sygnałów, - Zdefiniowanie szczegółowych funkcjonalności systemu EFCM, - Opracowanie projektu i prototypu modułu rejestracji i przetwarzania oraz nowej wersji systemu EFCM, - Testy prototypów z udziałem użytkowników końcowych .
