The aim of the project is to carry out industrial research and experimental development work related to the introduction to the market of flat windows with improved parameters. The project will be implemented for 24 months and will consist of 3 stages of experimental development. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the first window and manufacturing technology will be introduced, in which a new reinforcement technique will be used to reduce galvanised steel used in the industry. The result of the work will be the introduction of flat windows with significantly improved parameters in the field of thermal insulation and acoustics, i.e. characteristics highly appreciated by individual customers. Thanks to the implementation of R & D works, the project will move from VI to IX level of technological readiness, thus the technology will be validated in real conditions. Celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych i eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych związanych z wprowadzeniem na rynek okien połaciowych o ulepszonych parametrach. Projekt będzie realizowany przez 24 miesiące i będzie składał się z 3 etapów realizowanych w ramach eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych. Dzięki realizacji projektu wprowadzona zostanie pierwsze okno połaciowe i technologia jego wytwarzania, w której zastosowana zostanie nowa technika wzmocnień ograniczająca dotychczas stosowaną w branży stal ocynkowaną. Efektem zrealizowanych prac będzie wprowadzenie na rynek okien połaciowych o znacząco ulepszonych parametrach w zakresie m.in. izolacyjności cieplnej i akustyki, a wiec cech wysoce cenionych przez klientów indywidualnych. Dzięki wykonaniu prac B+R w projekcie nastąpi przejście od VI do IX poziomu gotowości technologicznej, tym samym technologia zostanie zwalidowana w warunkach rzeczywistych. (Polish)
