Przedmiotem, projektu jest inwestycja w aktywa materialne związane z rozbudową Działu B+R Wnioskodawcy poprzez doposażenie w infrastrukturę niezbędną do prowadzenia szeroko zakrojonej działalności badawczo-rozwojowej na rzecz opracowania innowacyjnych produktów i technologii kompleksowania naturalnych substancji barwiących i związków aromatycznych z cyklodekstrynami, dedykowanych dla przemysłu spożywczego z przeznaczeniem w produkcji żywności wysokiej jakości, jako funkcjonalne dodatki do żywności. Realizacja projektu będzie pozytywnie oddziaływała na zintensyfikowanie działalności badawczo-rozwojowej podmiotu, efektywne wykorzystanie zasobów ludzkich (potencjału kadrowego B+R) i infrastruktury badawczej oraz rozwój współpracy z krajowymi jednostkami naukowymi w szczególności Szkołą Główną Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
