Celem projektu jest opracowanie i wdrożenie nowych technologii do produkcji tłumików i ich komponentów, co będzie kontynuacją strategii firmy, a jest wynikiem zainteresowania klientów UE, a kolejny kamień milowy to wprowadzenie do oferty tłumika, który będzie lżejszy, trwalszy a jego produkcja bazowała będzie na niższych kosztach produkcji w wyniku planowanych innowacji technologicznych. Rezultatem wdrożenia projektu będą: . zmiana technologii w zakresie perforacji rur wewnętrznych tłumika - nowe rozwiązania w zakresie tłoczenia i kształtowania blachy na zimno - wdrożenie spawania wzdłużnego blachy, przeznaczonej na płaszcze zewnętrzne tłumika oraz końcówki wylotowe układu wydechowego - montaż końcowy zastępujący spawanie procesem zaciskania komponentów tłumika (Polish)

The project’s implementation will result in: . change of technology in the field of perforation of the silencer internal pipes – new solutions in the field of pressing and cold forming – implementation of longitudinal welding of the sheet, intended for the outer coats of the silencer and exhaust exhaust terminals – final assembly replacing welding with the clamping process of the silencer components (English)
