The project concerns the implementation of radical structural innovations, of critical importance for the industry, in all key elements of the range of garage door constructions, which will be produced using composite materials and will gain new features in the form of increased thermal insulation and increased corrosion resistance. Structural innovations will cover all key components, including: the construction of the frame and the driving system. Anti-corrosion coatings are envisaged, including for the installation and fault-free operation of the gate in an aggressive environment, as well as the use of panels filling the “light” of a gate with special properties. Innovation will create new, unrivalled products for the market, including new beneficial solutions that were not previously available in alternative solutions. Their use will contribute to new product characteristics and will provide additional benefits for both the manufacturer and end-users. The new product will be characterised by new features that increase the area of its existing applications with aggressive workplaces, exposed to high corrosivity, humidity (e.g. car washes, cellars, garages, ships, including vessels for the transport of large-size cargo, industrial plants, e.g. food, chemical, processing, etc.). Technological, structural and material innovations will ensure that the product will gain competitive advantages that increase its advantages also in existing places of use. A unique compilation of technological features and solutions will allow customers access to an innovative product produced in a more efficient and environmentally friendly, safer and energy efficient technology. The new design features of the gate and the properties of the materials used in its production will have a positive impact on the durability and economics of operation compared to competitive solutions. Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia radykalnych innowacji konstrukcyjnych, o przełomowym znaczeniu dla branży, we wszystkich kluczowych elementach typoszeregu konstrukcji bram garażowych, które będą wytwarzane z zastosowaniem materiałów kompozytowych oraz uzyskają nowe cechy w postaci podwyższonej izolacyjności cieplnej i zwiększonej odporności korozyjnej. Innowacje konstrukcyjne obejmą wszystkie kluczowe podzespoły, w tym: konstrukcję ramy i układu jezdnego. Przewiduje się zastosowanie pokryć antykorozyjnych, w tym umożliwiających montaż i bezawaryjną pracę bramy w środowisku agresywnym oraz wykorzystanie paneli wypełnienia „światła” bramy o specjalnych właściwościach. Dzięki innowacjom powstaną nowe dla rynku, bezkonkurencyjne produkty, obejmujące nowe korzystne rozwiązania, które nie były wcześniej dostępne w rozwiązaniach alternatywnych. Ich zastosowanie przyczyni się do uzyskania nowych cech produktu i pozwoli na uzyskanie dodatkowych korzyści zarówno przez producenta, jak i użytkowników końcowych. Nowy produkt będzie się charakteryzował nowymi cechami zwiększającymi obszar jego dotychczasowych zastosowań o miejsca pracy w środowisku agresywnym, narażone na dużą korozyjność, wilgotność (np. myjnie samochodowe, piwnice, garaże, statki, w tym jednostki pływające do przewozu ładunków wielkogabarytowych, zakłady przemysłowe, np. zakłady przemysłu spożywczego, chemicznego, przetwórczego itp.). Innowacje technologiczne, konstrukcyjne i materiałowe sprawią, że produkt zyska przewagi konkurencyjne zwiększające jego zalety także w dotychczasowych miejscach eksploatacji. Unikatowa kompilacja cech i rozwiązań technologicznych umożliwi klientom dostęp do innowacyjnego produktu produkowanego w technologii bardziej wydajnej i przyjaznej dla środowiska, bezpieczniejszej i energooszczędnęj.
