"Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie w firmie Wagran wyników szeroko zakrajowych, przeprowadzonych przez Spółkę prac B+R, których efektem jest opracowanie własnej, innowacyjnej technologii produkcji. W wyniku jej wdrożenia rozpoczęta zostanie produkcja nowej, w stosunku do dotychczas wytwarzanych na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, rodziny asortymentu łazienkowego i kuchennego, dostosowanego do aktualnych trendów i wymagań użytkowników: • hybrydowe zlewy kuchenne, umywalki łazienkowe oraz brodziki, • zlewy kuchenne, umywalki łazienkowe i brodziki, którym można nadać właściwości fluorescencyjne i/lub hydrofobowe, • umywalki łazienkowe z kompozytowu imitującego kamień naturalny, w tym wzmacniane żelkotem, • ozdobne grzejniki hybrydowe. W wyniku realizacji projektu wybudowana zostanie nowa hala produkcyjna, w której umieszczone zostaną wszelkie nabywane w ramach projektu maszyny i urządzenia, tworzące linię technologiczną służącą do produkcji nowej grupy asortymentowej. Realizacja niniejszego przedsięwzięcia wpłynie pozytywnie na kondycję przedsiębiorstwa Wagran. Pozwoli na: - zaoferowanie przez Spółkę produktów o unikalnym wzornictwie, oryginalnej geometrii i właściwościach, a także zwiększenie różnorodności oferowanego asortymentu (brodziki, grzejniki), - zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy, podniesienie poziomu jej innowacyjności, umocnienie pozycji rynkowej oraz stworzenie potencjału do budowy trwałej przewagi rynkowej nie tylko w kraju, ale także na arenie międzynarodowej, - zwiększenie wydajności wytwarzania modeli (w stosunku do obecnej), zmniejszenie jej kosztów i skrócenie czasu wytwarzania produkcji, - zaspokojenie zidentyfikowanych oczekiwań klientów, - zwiększenie elastyczność firmy, w tym jej zdolność do szybkiego reagowania na aktualne zapotrzebowania produktowe napływające z rynku. Projekt przyczynia się więc do realizacji głównego celu programu PO IR, celu działania 3.2 oraz poddziałania 3.2.2. (Polish)

“The main aim of the project is to implement in Wagran the results of extensive R & D works carried out by the Company, which result in the development of its own innovative production technology. As a result of its implementation, a new family of bathroom and kitchen assortment, adapted to current trends and requirements of the users, will be started in relation to the current trends and requirements of the Republic of Poland: • Hybrid kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks and paddling pools, • kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks and paddling pools, which can be provided with fluorescent and/or hydrophobic properties, • bathroom sinks made of composite imitating natural stone, including reinforced with gelk, • decorative hybrid radiators. As a result of the project, a new production hall will be built, in which all machinery and equipment purchased within the framework of the project will be built to form a technological line for the production of a new assortment group. The implementation of this project will have a positive impact on the condition of Wagran. It will allow you to: — the Company’s offer of products with unique design, original geometry and properties, as well as increasing the diversity of the offered range (broaddles, radiators), – increasing the company’s competitiveness, increasing its level of innovation, strengthening its market position and creating the potential to build a lasting market advantage not only in the country but also in the international arena, – increasing the efficiency of production models (in relation to the present), reducing its costs and reducing the production time, – meeting its demand for the market – satisfying the company’s needs, expectations of its customers, reducing its costs and shortening the production time, – meeting the required flexibility of the company’s customers’ needs, its original geometry and properties. The project therefore contributes to the main objective of the OP IR programme, Objective 3.2 and sub-measure 3.2.2. (English)
