Research on the state of technology shows that the new technology and the new product are unknown and not used so far in Poland and in the world – so the project is characterised by the implementation of process and product innovation on a global scale. The project will include the construction of a development and research centre with the production and assembly part of the structural and dynamic scales and the purchase of means of production in the form of an external crane with a track, an internal overhead crane, an automated welding portal, a specialised means of transport with construction and equipment for the construction of the masses and equipment for the design of the masses and equipment for the design of the products for the diagnostic and adjustment of weights, a specialised means of transport with construction and instrumentation for the assembly of scales, equipment for the testing of loads and equipment. The subject of the project is to implement a solution that fits into the National Intelligent Specialisations (KIS) Area of KIS.14.I.10. "Projekt polega na wdrożeniu własnej nowej technologii produkcji wag statyczno-dynamicznych. Nowa technologia jest technologią własną Wnioskodawcy opracowaną we własnym dziale B+R Wnioskodawcy, ma postać prawa własności przemysłowej. W dniu 22.02.2014 r. dokonano zgłoszenia patentowego technologii i produktu do Urzędu Patentowego RP o numerze P.407286. Urząd Patentowy pismem z dnia 16.06.2014 r. przesłał Wnioskodawcy sprawozdanie o stanie techniki w którym nie stwierdzono dokumentów podważających nowość oraz poziom wynalazczy zgłoszenia patentowego. Zgłoszenie patentowe na moment rejestracji wniosku o dofinansowanie oczekuje na przyznanie decyzji o udzieleniu patentu. W ramach realizacji projektu zostanie wdrożona nowa własna technologia produkcji wag statyczno-dynamicznych na podstawie której zostanie uruchomiany do produkcji nowy produkt nie wytwarzany dotychczas na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej – waga statyczno-dynamiczna wg. wynalazku Wnioskodawcy. Z badania stanu techniki wynika, że nowa technologia oraz nowy produkt są nieznane i niestosowane dotychczas w Polsce oraz na świecie – projekt więc ma znamiona wdrożenia innowacji procesowej i produktowej w skali światowej. W ramach realizacji projektu nastąpi budowa centrum rozwojowego-badawczego z częścią produkcyjno-montażową wag statyczno-dynamicznych oraz zakup środków produkcji w postaci suwnicy zewnętrznej z torowiskiem, suwnicy wewnętrznej, zautomatyzowanego portalu spawalniczego, specjalistycznego środka transportu z zabudową i oprzyrządowaniem do diagnostyki i regulacji wag, Specjalistycznego środka transportu z zabudową i oprzyrządowaniem do montażu wag, urządzenia do badań obciążeń statyczno-dynamicznych wag, wzorców masy oraz oprogramowania do projektowania produktów. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie rozwiązania, które wpisuje się w Krajowe Inteligentne Specjalizacje (KIS) Dziedzina KIS.14.I.10. Sensory na potrzeby pomiarów masy i siły, w tym pomiarów dynamicznych." (Polish)
