The subject of the project is the implementation of an innovative technology for processing heaps with high clay in opencast mines for deposits of sedimentary rocks. As a result of the project, a new product will be offered, which will be stabilisation masses with continuous grains with varying degrees of fragmentation. The essence of technology is: — increasing the efficiency of processing of the debris, – the entire waste will be transformed into commercial products, – minimising the environmental impact, – enabling access to the deposit on which old heaps are located. The developed “new intensive heap processing technology with high melting in opencast mines for deposits of sedimentary rocks” is a completely waste-free technology. The application of which the mine area will not leave a tonne of material in the form of unprocessed material, located so far on the slide, and the production of new goods will become a source of additional revenue instead of the previous cost. By implementing a policy of reducing the amount of waste generated, the mine becomes an environmentally friendly company. The unconventional approach to solving the problem of mining heaps, creating new goods, finding a market for manufactured products from after-care waste is a breakthrough. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnej technologii przerobu hałd o dużym zaglinieniu w kopalniach odkrywkowych dla złóż skał osadowych. W wyniku realizacji projektu będzie oferowany nowy produkt jakim będą masy stabilizacyjne o uziarnieniu ciągłym o różnym stopniu rozdrobnienia. Istotą technologii jest: - zwiększenie efektywności przetworzenia urobku ze zwałowisk, - całość odpadów zostanie przekształcona w produkty handlowe, - minimalizacja oddziaływania na środowisko, - umożliwienie dostępu do złoża, na którym znajdują się stare hałdy. Opracowana „nowa intensywna technologia przerobu hałd o dużym zaglinieniu w kopalniach odkrywkowych dla złóż skał osadowych” jest technologią całkowicie bezodpadową. Przy zastosowaniu której terenu kopalni nie będzie opuszczać ani jedna tona materiału w postaci nieprzerobionej, lokowanej dotychczas na zwałowisku, zaś produkcja nowych towarów stanie się źródłem dodatkowego przychodu w miejsce dotychczasowego kosztu. Realizując politykę ograniczania ilości wytwarzanych odpadów, kopalnia staje się przedsiębiorstwem proekologicznym i przyjaznym otoczeniu. Niekonwencjonalne podejście do rozwiązania problemu, jakim są kopalniane hałdy, wytworzenie nowych towarów, znalezienie rynku zbytu na wytworzone produkty z odpadu poeksploatacyjnego, jest przełomowym rozwiązaniem.
