The subject of the project is the development of innovative martenzytic steel (15 %Cr) for boiler pipes with significantly higher temporary creep resistance (100000h; 100MPa; 640&C) for used high-chorom martenzytic steels and similar to austenitic steels and a more favourable linear expansion coefficient and heat conductivity not available in austenitic steels. The introduction to the construction of conventional martenzytic steel pipes with such parameters and high strength characteristics and good weldability will allow to extend their application to supercritical conditions, which will improve the efficiency of the boiler to approx. 11 % and reduce emissions to approx. IT’S 25 %. Leading product innovation Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014) The objective requires industrial research of this steel, including the determination of its performance, casting parameters and development work, including the development of assumptions and the construction of a demonstration-innovative tri-rolling rolling mill for punching together with the cutting unit, enabling its plastic treatment and verification of manufacturing technology under operational conditions. The works will be carried out in cooperation with the Iron Metallurgy Institute and the steelworks selected as part of the tenders competition. Alchemia S.A. Division of Walcownia Rur Andrzej (WRA) will modify the equipment related to the construction of the demonstration installation and ensure heat treatment of the manufactured pipes.     Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnej stali martenzytycznej (15%Cr) na rury kotłowe o znacznie wyższej czasowej wytrzymałości na pełzanie (100000h; 100MPa; 640°C) w stosunku do stosowanych wysokochromowych stali martenzytycznych i zbliżonej dla stali austenitycznych oraz korzystniejszym współczynniku rozszerzalności liniowej i przewodzenia ciepła nieosiągalnych w stalach austenitycznych. Wprowadzenie do konstrukcji kotłów konwencjonalnych rur ze stali martenzytycznej o takich parametrach oraz o wysokich właściwościach wytrzymałościowych i dobrej spawalności, umożliwi rozszerzenie ich zastosowania do warunków nadkrytycznych, co poprawi sprawność kotła do ok. 11% oraz ograniczy emisję spalin do ok. 25%. Wiodąca innowacja–produktowa. art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014)); Osiągnięcie celu wymaga wykonania badań przemysłowych tej stali, w tym określenia jej właściwości użytkowych, parametrów odlewania oraz prac rozwojowych obejmujących opracowanie założeń i budowę instalacji demonstracyjnej-innowacyjnej walcarki skośnej trójwalcowej do dziurowania wraz z zespołem tnącym, umożliwiającej jej przeróbkę plastyczną i weryfikację technologii wytwarzania w warunkach operacyjnych. Prace będą prowadzone we współpracy z Instytutem Metalurgii Żelaza oraz stalownią wybraną w ramach konkursu ofert. Alchemia S.A. Oddział Walcownia Rur Andrzej (WRA) z własnych środków dokona modyfikacji urządzeń związanych z budową instalacji demonstracyjnej oraz zapewni obróbkę cieplną wyprodukowanych rur. Pomoc na podst. art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz.
