The design work strategy will allow to determine the parameters of the installation necessary to achieve the objective defined in the diagnosis. Market solutions will be selected and analysed. Designers and experts who will take part in the project will be selected. Potential recipients will be consulted to verify the project’s objectives. During the design work, an integrated waste pre-treatment facility with code 16 03 will be developed. It will combine well-known processes carried out by devices available on the market and proprietary solutions, as well as waste and food processing technologies available in the public domain. A holistic proprietary solution, characterised by optimised mechanical work surfaces, will enable the waste to be pre-treated in a holistic and automated manner. It will meet the needs and characteristics of the Polish market. The solution will enable easy transport and installation and service.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014; pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020 Przedmiotem projektu będzie opracowanie projektu zintegrowanej instalacji do wstępnego procesowania odpadów spożywczych o kodzie 16 03: ”Partie produktów nie odpowiadające wymaganiom oraz produkty przeterminowane lub nieprzydatne do użytku”, na potrzeby ich wykorzystania w biogazowniach. Priorytetem będzie 100% recycling odpadów, zarówno ich części biodegradowalnej, jak i opakowań składających się z tworzyw sztucznych i aluminium. Strategia prac projektowych pozwoli na określenie parametrów instalacji niezbędnych do realizacji celu określonego w diagnozie. Zostaną wybrane i przeanalizowane rozwiązania stosowane na rynku. Zostaną wybrani projektanci i eksperci, którzy będą brali udział w pracach projektowych. Zostaną przeprowadzone konsultacje z potencjalnymi odbiorcami w celu weryfikacji założeń projektu. Podczas prac projektowych zostanie opracowana zintegrowana instalacja do wstępnej obróbki odpadów o kodzie 16 03. Będzie ona łączyć znane procesy realizowane przez dostępne na ryku urządzenia oraz autorskie rozwiązania, a także technologie z zakresu przetwórstwa odpadów i produktów spożywczych dostępne w domenie publicznej. Całościowe autorskie rozwiązanie charakteryzujące się zoptymalizowanym kształtem powierzchni roboczych elementów mechanicznych, umożliwi wstępną obróbkę odpadów w sposób całościowy i zautomatyzowany. Będzie ono odpowiadało potrzebom i charakterystyce rynku Polskiego. Rozwiązanie będzie umożliwiać łatwy transport i montaż oraz serwis. Istotnym aspektem będzie zapewnienie dużej niezawodności i dostępności części zamiennych. Zostaną zakupione i wykonane elementy instalacji.. (Polish)
