These steps are necessary for the development and subsequent implementation of the product developed. Cooperation with designers will ensure the preparation of products that fit perfectly with market needs identified during the audit. A precise action plan will reduce implementation risk. The process provides for the development of a design brief, directions and design strategies (multiple design concepts will be established, of which the Applicant will choose those that best fit the current market trends). „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: rozporządzenie Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014-2020 (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 871, z późn. zm.), numer referencyjny programu pomocowego SA.42799(2015/X)”Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usługi doradczej, której celem jest opracowanie nowego projektu wzorniczego, pozwalającego na wdrożenie znacznie ulepszonego produktu w firmie Wnioskodawcy. Ścisła współpraca z projektantami nowych wzorów zdobniczych, pracownikami firm doradczych, skutkować będzie rozwojem przedsiębiorstwa poprzez wprowadzenie znacznie ulepszonej linii produktów – zastawy porcelanowej/ceramicznej, fantazyjnej linii kubków (buźki, krople, inne nietypowe kształty), oraz produktów ceramicznych adresowanych do młodszej grupy odbiorców (jak butelki, kufle, skarbonki, itp) W ramach planowanej do zrealizowania usługi doradczej Wnioskodawca zamierza skorzystać z usług polegających na przeprowadzeniu profesjonalnego procesu projektowego, składającego się z obligatoryjnych faz procesu (diagnoza, synteza i analiza, tworzenie rozwiązań prototypowanie i testowanie), a także fazy uzyskania niezbędnego doradztwa w zakresie wdrożenia znacząco ulepszonego produktu (planowane opracowanie strategii marketingowej oraz analiza stanu techniki). Powyższe etapy są niezbędne dla opracowania i następnie wdrożenia opracowanego produktu. Podjęcie współpracy z projektantami, zapewni przygotowanie produktów, które idealnie wpisują się w zidentyfikowane podczas audytu potrzeby rynkowe. Precyzyjny plan działania, pozwoli na zmniejszenie ryzyka wdrożeniowego. Proces przewiduje opracowanie briefu projektowego, kierunków i strategii projektowych (powstanie wiele koncepcji wzorniczych, z czego Wnioskodawca wybierze te, najlepiej wpisujące się w aktualne trendy rynkowe). W ramach prowadzonych działań powstaną również wizualizacje 2D/3 (Polish)
