As a result of the initial audit, the company determined the development opportunities for the applicant in the form of diversification of production – the development and implementation of a new vessel line based on biopolymer (PHB, PLA). Special and unprecedented use of new biopolymer in a new utility form among Polish manufacturers will ensure the reduction of hard-degraded waste. It will also achieve the unprecedented effect of full composting of single-use waste. The project concerns the implementation of a professional design process, consisting of a preliminary audit (part implemented), to create a detailed strategy of actions necessary to develop a new design project, and consequently design and prototypes together with testing of new products. As a result of the project, a new, full-fledged product will be created, which the applicant plans to present to a wider group of customers (catering companies, event companies and specialist wholesalers of the HORECA type). As a result of the project process, the applicant plans to purchase the necessary technical infrastructure to start the production of new products. The planned technological line for the production of new products will include two devices. It will be: — production line for granules, – injection moulding machine, At the beginning of the process will be placed: platform scale, laboratory weight, (substrate dispensing). At the end of the production process, a foil welding machine will be placed as part of the protection of the product intended to come into contact with food. SA 42799(2015/X) Projekt dotyczy opracowania w wyniku przeprowadzenia profesjonalnego procesu projektowego - nowego projektu wzorniczego innowacyjnych Eko naczyń jednorazowego użytku. W wyniku przeprowadzenia audytu wstępnego przedsiębiorstwa określono szanse rozwojowe dla wnioskodawcy w postaci dywersyfikacji produkcji – opracowania i wdrożenia nowej linii naczyń na bazie biopolimeru (PHB, PLA). Specjalne i niespotykane jak dotąd wśród polskich producentów zastosowanie nowych biopolimerów w nowej formie użytkowej zapewni ograniczenie trudno degradowanych odpadów. Pozwoli również osiągnąć niespotykany do tej pory efekt pełnego kompostowania odpadów o charakterze jednorazowym. Projekt dotyczy realizacji profesjonalnego procesu projektowego, składającego się z audytu wstępnego (część zrealizowana), stworzenia szczegółowej strategii działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego, a w konsekwencji opracowania projektu oraz prototypów wraz z przeprowadzeniem testów nowych produktów. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie nowy, pełnowartościowy produkt, który wnioskodawca planuje zaprezentować szerszej grupie klientów (firmy cateringowe, eventowe oraz hurtowanie specjalistyczne typu HORECA). W wyniku przeprowadzonego procesu projektowego wnioskodawca planuje zakupić niezbędną infrastrukturę techniczną, która pozwoli rozpocząć produkcję nowych produktów. Planowana do zakupu linia technologiczna do produkcji nowych produktów będzie obejmować dwa urządzenia. Będą to: - linia do produkcji granulatu, - wtryskarka, Na początku procesu zostaną umieszczone: waga platformowa, waga laboratoryjna, (dozowanie substratów). Na końcu procesu produkcyjnego zostanie natomiast umieszczona zgrzewarka do foli, jako element zabezpieczenia produktu przeznaczone do kontaktu z żywnością.
