Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The project includes industrial research and development work on a new multi-system drive train for electric traction assemblies (EZT). The essence of the project is included in the development of energy-electronic converters with increased efficiency and favorably reduced dimensions, made of silicon carbide transistors (SiC). The increased frequency of operation of SIC transistors using specialised conducted and radiated interference suppression circuits will reduce the size of the traction choke while respecting EMC requirements. The compact propulsion system will contain in one housing, intended for roof mounting, two converters for powering traction engines with a power of 500 kW and a power inverter for auxiliary equipment with a power of 200 kVA. The project provides for the development of transformers for DC-DC insulated converters for voltage <1 kV. For average voltage, the AC-DC-DC-AC cells will be connected in series. The project envisages carrying out industrial research of the developed multi-system drive with power supply from conventional traction transformer and – due to the integrated galvanic insulation in the converters – when powered by a lighter SN/SN autotransformer adapted to the requirements of the overhead contact line. A multi-sclar control method will be used to control the drive, ensuring fully decoupled torque and excitation of the traction motor. Developed speed observer algorithms and load torque observers will be used to implement the built-in transmission and engine diagnostics system. Multi-system drive implemented in projections (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt obejmuje badania przemysłowe oraz prace rozwojowe dotyczące nowego wielosystemowego układu napędowego przeznaczonego do elektrycznych zespołów trakcyjnych (EZT). Istota projektu zawiera się w opracowaniu przekształtników energoelektronicznych o podwyższonej sprawności i korzystnie zmniejszonym gabarycie, wykonanych z tranzystorów z węglika krzemu (SiC). Zwiększona częstotliwość pracy tranzystorów SIC przy zastosowaniu specjalizowanych obwodów tłumienia zakłóceń przewodzonych i promieniowanych zapewni zmniejszenie gabarytu dławika trakcyjnego przy zachowaniu wymagań EMC. Kompaktowy układ napędowy będzie zawierał w jednej obudowie, przeznaczonej do montażu dachowego, dwa przekształtniki do zasilania silników trakcyjnych o mocy 500 kW oraz falownik zasilania urządzeń pomocniczych o mocy 200 kVA. Do sterowania napędem zastosowana zostanie metoda sterowania multisklarnego, zapewniająca w pełni odsprzężoną regulację momentu i wzbudzenia silnika trakcyjnego. Opracowane algorytmy obserwatora prędkości i obserwatora momentu obciążenia posłużą do realizacji wbudowanego systemu diagnostyki przekładni i silnika.
