The project involves the use of pro-innovative advice on the introduction of new geotechnical services, such as deep foundation, ground reinforcement, hydrotechnical services and environmental separation. As part of the pro-innovation services provided by the accredited IOB, we assume the following services: 1. Analysis of alternative development pathways through the implementation of innovation with the preparation of the overall financial model 2. Detailing and evaluating the chosen development path related to the implementation of innovation 3. Preparation of a detailed financial model for the innovation being developed or implemented 4. Identification and mapping of key business processes related to the implementation of innovations, including modification and optimisation 5. Assistance in developing the functional or technical documentation necessary for the implementation of innovation, consisting of creating a description of the use of transferred technologies in the entrepreneur’s company 6. Risk analysis of the implementation of innovations by defining risks to the project and how to avoid them 7. Advice and assistance in the development and pilot implementation of small-scale innovations 8. Advice, assistance and training in the full implementation of innovation on an international scale 9. Analysis of the environmental impact of technology implementation 10. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014. Projekt zakłada użycie doradztwa proinnowacyjnego w zakresie wprowadzenia na rynek nowych usług geotechnicznych takich jak m. in. głębokie fundamentowanie, wzmacnianie podłoża, usługi hydrotechniczne czy separacja środowiska. W ramach świadczonych przez akredytowaną IOB usług proinnowacyjnych zakładamy wykonanie poniższych usług: 1. Analiza alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju poprzez wdrażanie innowacji wraz z przygotowaniem ogólnego modelu finansowego 2. Uszczegółowienie i ocenę wybranej ścieżki rozwoju związanej z wdrażaniem innowacji 3. Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla opracowywanej lub wdrażanej innowacji 4. Identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, wraz z modyfikacją i optymalizacją 5. Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji, polegającej na stworzeniu opisu użycia transferowanych technologii w firmie przedsiębiorcy 6. Analiza ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji, polegająca na zdefiniowaniu zagrożeń dla projektu i sposobów ich uniknięcia 7.
