The subject of the project is to implement the results of research and development work on a new method and assemble the pre-preparation of elements, in particular metal or aluminium components undergoing further processing. The research and development work was carried out by the Applicant on its own, and the final solution was submitted for patent protection (application no. P.414186). Implementation of the invention will allow large-scale production of products of higher quality and eliminate defects arising during production, i.e. scratching of aluminium or scrap on steel. These will be complex, deeply pressed parts and car constructions with constant, very high quality of details. The project concerns the introduction on the domestic and foreign market of significantly improved parts and structures of steel and aluminium, pressed in the transfer and feed system, intended for the automotive industry, as well as the achievement of the TIER 1 status in the automotive supply chain, which means direct deliveries to car manufacturers. In order to carry out the project, it is necessary first of all to purchase a single durable product, i.e. a modern production line for pressing, consisting of a decoder, rectifier, feeder, 630 tons press and scrap tape.     Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac badawczo – rozwojowych nad nowym sposobem i zespołem wstępnego przygotowania elementów, w szczególności metalowych lub aluminiowych poddawanych dalszej obróbce. Prace badawczo – rozwojowe były przeprowadzane przez Wnioskodawcę we własnym zakresie, a końcowe rozwiązanie zgłoszono do ochrony patentowej (zgłoszenie nr P.414186). Wdrożenie wynalazku pozwoli na wielkoseryjną produkcję wyrobów o podwyższonej jakości oraz wyeliminowanie wad powstających podczas produkcji, tj. zarysowania aluminium czy gratów na stali. Będą to skomplikowane, głęboko tłoczone części i konstrukcje samochodowe ze stałą, bardzo wysoką jakością detali. Projekt dotyczy wprowadzenia na rynek krajowy i zagraniczny znacząco ulepszonych części i konstrukcji stalowych oraz aluminiowych, tłoczonych w systemie transferowym i posuwowym, przeznaczonych dla przemysłu motoryzacyjnego, a także pozwoli na zdobycie statusu TIER 1 w łańcuchu dostaw branży motoryzacyjnej, co oznacza bezpośrednie dostawy do firm produkujących samochody. Do realizacji projektu niezbędny jest przede wszystkim zakup jednego środka trwałego tj. nowoczesnej linii technologicznej do tłoczenia, w skład której wchodzić będą rozwijarka, prostownica, podawarka, prasa 630 ton i taśma do złomu.
