Property / summary

The project consists of the implementation of an innovative product, such as printing on packaging film (semi-product for packaging production) with an increased tonal span on the rastra 175lpi line. The project is divided into 3 tasks: Task 1: Purchase of fixed assets and intangible assets for product implementation, Task 2: Development – improvement of the product in terms of quality and optimisation of its production costs, Task 3: Optimisation of the manufacturing process with software implementation. The tasks will run simultaneously for 12 months (2016 year). Implementation of the project will start on 01.01.2016 and will last until 31.12.2016. During the implementation of the project, the applicant will carry out development work to allow the final refinement of the product, in particular with a view to optimising its production. This is aimed at obtaining a final product which, in addition to innovative properties, will be price-competitive. The applicant’s employees will participate in the development work. Due to the implementation of a significantly improved product, it is necessary to analyse the entire manufacturing process, together with the implementation of specialised software, for production management, a necessary element of the project. The result of the project is the implementation of improved products on the market, innovative on the national scale – packaging foil with increased tonal span along the 175lpi rastra line. The result of the project will be the result of the implementation of R & D works carried out by the Applicant and at his request before the start of the project and is a response to customers’ expectations. Project indicators. The applicant plans to implement 2 results of R & D works into its activities – own research and purchased and commissioned research. The implementation of the research results will result in the introduction of product innovation (a key type of innovation) and process innovation into the activities of the Applicant.

Efektem wdrożenia wyników badań będzie wprowadzenie do działalności Wnioskodawcy innowacji produktowej (kluczowy rodzaj innowacji) i innowacji procesowej.
