Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The development of civilisation and increasing consumerism has resulted in increased exposure of people in everyday life to active endocrine compounds (EDCs), which, due to similarity in chemical structure to natural hormones, negatively affect the endocrine system and increase the risk of civilisational diseases, i.e. fertility disorders, malformations of children, cancer (breast cancer, prostate cancer), obesity, diabetes, disease. Recent reports from global health organisations indicate huge medical costs (up to EUR1.25 billion) of health complications of exposure to the most common EDC home environment, i.e. phthalates and bisphenol derivatives. At the moment, there is no simple, cheap method for determining EDC levels in the patient’s body, which would quickly produce reliable results and allow action to reduce the exposure of vulnerable groups of patients and improve the effectiveness of treatment. The methods available are very costly, require access to analytical chemistry laboratories, highly specialised apparatus, and the waiting time for results is very long. Evaluation of EDC levels in the body and current and constant exposure to selected EDCs will be possible by using a two-step method consisting of a striped diagnostic test type OTC or POCT to determine the concentrations of selected EDCs in the patient’s urine and an integrated IT system containing algorithms, based on neural networks, enabling the interpretation of the result, calculation of the risk of health disorders (...). Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).
