The aim of the project to be implemented by Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A. is to develop and implement technology for the production of high-quality graphic papers with increased opacity and rigidity of bending with reduced proportion of wood fibres by means of polymer crosslinker& The planned project aims to eliminate or significantly reduce the negative effects of increasing the volume of filler in paper by using new filler compositions that are expected to result in better bonding of filler particles in the paper structure and a more even dispersion of these particles. This will be achieved by using three different polymers/crosslinkers tested in three phases of the project. In the fourth stage, the applicant planned the production of prototype graphic papers in the grammar range of 60-80 g/m². Celem projektu planowanego do realizacji przez Arctic Paper Kostrzyn S.A. jest opracowanie i wdrożenie technologii produkcji wysokogatunkowych papierów graficznych o zwiększonej nieprzezroczystości i sztywności zginania przy zmniejszonym udziale włókien drewna przy pomocy polimerowego crosslinker’a. Rezultatem projektu będzie innowacja produktowa w postaci segmentu papierów graficznych w zakresie gramatur 60-80g/m2 wyprodukowanych przy zmniejszonym udziale włókien drewna przy pomocy polimerowego crosslinker’a, zapewniającego założone w projekcie własności innowacyjnego produktu. Planowany do realizacji projekt ma na celu wyeliminowanie bądź znaczne ograniczenie negatywnych skutków zwiększenia ilości wypełniacza w papierze poprzez zastosowanie nowych kompozycji wypełniających, od których oczekuje się, że będą powodowały lepsze wiązanie się cząstek wypełniacza w strukturze papieru i bardziej równomierne rozproszenie tych cząstek. Uzyskane to zostanie za pomocą użycia trzech różnych polimerów/crosslinkerów przebadanych w trzech etapach projektu. W czwartym etapie Wnioskodawca zaplanował produkcję prototypowych papierów graficznych w zakresie gramatur 60-80 g/m2. Głównymi odbiorcami rezultatów projektu będą przetwórcy (producenci kopert i zeszytów), wydawnictwa książkowe i drukarnie. (Polish)
