Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014) Projekt dotyczy prac badawczo; rozwojowych, które doprowadzić mają do opracowania innowacyjnego produktu. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie opracowany system do automatycznego monitorowania parametrów dynamicznych i diagnozowania stanu technicznego kominów i innych budowli wysokich. Produkt będzie przeznaczony do monitorowania amplitudy i częstotliwości własnej drgań kominów, które mogą doprowadzić, w skrajnych wypadkach, do zawalenia się komina, lub do znacznego obniżenia jego żywotności. Docelowy produkt bazować będzie zarówno na przewagach technologicznych (najnowocześniejsze rozwiązania z zakresu automatyki oraz informatyki) ale także konkurencyjny cenowo (cena na poziomie ok 20-25% niższa od liderów z branży). Przyszły produkt ma szansę na komercjalizację; Wnioskodawca ma już podpisane listy intencyjne z klientami zainteresowanymi zakupem usług opartych na wynikach prac B+R. Projekt wpisuje się w trendy związane z pracami rewitalizacyjnymi na budynkach oraz rozwiązaniami dla inteligentnych miast (tzw, smart citites). Projekt wpisuje się w Krajowe Inteligentne Specjalizację oraz będzie realizowane z poszanowaniem polityk horyzontalnych UE. Projekt bazuje na zasobach kadrowo-technicznych Wnioskodawcy, wspartych pozyskaną kadrą naukową. Przeprowadzona na potrzeby projektu analiza aktualnego stanu techniki wskazuje, że własność intelektualna nie stanowi barier w realizacji projektu i wdrażaniu wyników jego badań (Polish)

Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article: 25 EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014) The project concerns research; development that will lead to the development of an innovative product. As a result of the project, a system for automatic monitoring of dynamic parameters and diagnostics of the technical condition of chimneys and other high structures will be developed. The product will be designed to monitor amplitude and frequency of its own chimney vibrations, which may, in extreme cases, lead to a collapse of the chimney, or to a significant decrease in its service life. The target product will be based on both technological advantages (the most modern solutions in the field of automation and IT) but also competitive prices (a price of about 20-25 % lower than industry leaders). The future product has a chance of commercialisation; The applicant has already signed letters of intent with customers interested in purchasing services based on R & D results. The project fits in with trends related to revitalisation work on buildings and solutions for smart cities (so-called smart citites). The project is part of the National Intelligent Specialisation and will be implemented in compliance with EU horizontal policies. The project is based on personnel and technical resources of the Applicant, supported by the acquired scientific staff. An analysis of the current state of technology for the project indicates that intellectual property does not constitute barriers to the implementation of the project and the implementation of the results of its research (English)
