Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The subject of the Project is to carry out R & D works consisting of examination, development, execution, commissioning and validation (efficiency and safety assessment): 1. a technology platform based on its own library of recombinant immunoreceptors for the rapid selection, testing, testing and design of new types of inhibitors, in particular against the key in cancer, programmable cell death receptor (PD-1) and its ligands (PD-L1, PD-L2), 2. new types of checkpoint receptor inhibitors that can be used in the pharmaceutical industry as active substances in new types of cancer immunotherapy. The objectives will be achieved by: • development, optimisation and standardisation of the use of recombinant immunoreceptors platform, • development, optimisation and testing of potential small molecule inhibitors blocking the interaction between the PD-1 receptor and its ligand PD-L1 • development and standardisation of analytical methods to confirm the quality of produced proteins, chemicals and receptor-inhibitor interactions that meet the requirements of accuracy, resolution specificity, linearity, precision and sensitivity. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem Projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac B+R polegających na zbadaniu, opracowaniu, wykonaniu, uruchomieniu i walidacji (ocena skuteczności i bezpieczeństwa): 1. platformy technologicznej opartej na własnej bibliotece rekombinowanych immunoreceptorów do szybkiego typowania, testowania, badania i projektowania nowych typów inhibitorów, w szczególności przeciwko kluczowemu w nowotworzeniu, receptorowi programowanej śmierci komórki (PD-1) oraz jego ligandom (PD-L1, PD-L2), 2. nowych typów inhibitorów przeciwko receptorom punktu kontrolnego, możliwych do zastosowania w przemyśle farmaceutycznym jako substancji aktywnych w nowych typach leków stosowanych w immunoterapii nowotworów. Cele zostaną osiągnięte przez: • opracowanie, optymalizację i standaryzację sposobu użytkowania platformy rekombinowanych immunoreceptorów, • opracowanie, optymalizację i testowanie potencjalnych inhibitorów małocząsteczkowych blokujących oddziaływanie pomiędzy receptorem PD-1 a jego ligandem PD-L1 • opracowanie i standaryzację metod analitycznych służących do potwierdzenia jakości produkowanych białek, związków chemicznych i badania oddziaływań receptor-inhibitor, spełniających wymagania dot. dokładności, specyficzności rozdzielczości, liniowości, precyzji i czułości.
