The objective will be achieved through the following tasks: cooperate with employers, professional services (sawing machine, forestry work with a forestry numerical map using QGI, mLas engineer to Android, category B driving licence, CISCO,) and soft training for workers’ skills (stress management and time management). The knowledge gained will be applied in practice to traineeships with employers. The project is targeted at 20 students from the ZS in Iłowa, with the direction of T.IT and T.forestry, 85 % of which come from rural areas. implementation of the project is expected to increase the employability of project participants by acquiring and validating skills and practical skills and applying them in practice to employers.     Celem projektu jest Podniesienie kompetencji pracowniczych 20(4K,16M)uczniów/ennic ZS w Iłowie-Osadzie z kierunku T.Leśnik i T.Informatyk poprzez realizowane w ramach projektu szkolenia i staże u pracodawców w okresie IX2017-IX.2018. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących zadań: współprace z pracodawcami,Kursów zawodowych (pilarz- drwal,praca z leśną mapą numeryczną na poziomie nadleśnictwa z wykorzystaniem QGI, mLas inżynier na system Android, prawo jazdy kat.B ,CISCO,) oraz miękkich szkoleń umiejętności pracowniczych(radzenie sobie ze stresem i zarządzanie czasem). Zdobyta wiedza zostanie zastosowana w praktyce w ramach stażu u pracodawców. Projekt jest skierowany do 20uczniów/nic z ZS w Iłowie z kierunku T.informatyk i T.leśnik, którzy w 85% pochodzą z obszarów wiejskich p.Działdowskiego.Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na wzrost zatrudnialności uczestników projektu poprzez nabycie i potwierdzenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych i zastosowanie ich w praktyce u Pracodawców.
