Objective: raising the level of skills and competences of 800 disadvantaged people (400K and 400M) from the operational region by 31.03.2019: powiat botoszycki, braniewski and league in the field of foreign languages, ICT and management of proj. (planning and achieving objectives) by including training, examination and supplementary costs. The objective will be achieved by: language training, ICT and project management. Doc.: adult units of the operational region: the following criteria shall be met in order to comply with the following criteria: — who have a level of education at most and/or the age of 50 +, are, on their own initiative, interested in raising the level of competences and skills, and do not engage in business activities. — they are in the region operacyjnego:uczą, work or reside within the meaning of the CC, or are enrolled, worked or resident within the meaning of the CC, within the meaning of the CC, and/or are employed or resident within the meaning of the CC within the meaning of the CC. Support shall be directed towards the adult population of disadvantaged groups with the most competence gap and with the greatest need for access to education.     Cel: podniesienie do 31.03.2019r. poziomu umiejętności i kompetencji 800osób defaworyzowanych (400K i 400M) z regionu operacyjnego: powiat bartoszycki,braniewski i lidzbarski w zakresie języków obcych, ICT oraz zarządzania proj. (planowania i osiągania celów) poprzez dof. kosztów szkoleń, egzaminów oraz wsparcia dodatkowego. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez zadanie: szkolenia językowe, ICT i z zarządzania projektami. Grupa doc.: os. dorosłe z regionu operacyjnego: powiat bartoszycki,braniewski i lidzbarski,kt. spełniają łącznie wskazane niżej kryteria: -posiadają wykształcenie co najwyżej średnie i/lub wiek 50+, -są z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane podnoszeniem poziomu kompetencji i umiejętności, -nie prowadzą działalności gosp. -na terenie regionu operacyjnego:uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu KC lub realizują wybrany do dof. kurs oraz uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu KC, na w woj. warm.-maz. Wsparcie jest skierowane do os. dorosłych z grup defaworyzowanych -wykazujących największą lukę kompetencyjną i posiadających największe potrzeby w dostępie do edukacji.
