CEL GŁÓWNY: Podniesiona aktywność społeczna i zawodowa wśród 72os. (44K),w tym ON,zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym,które uczą się,pracują,zamieszkują w roz.KC na obszarze OSI w WŚ (obszary wiejskie) (zgodnie z opisem GD) poprzez objęcie kompleksowym i zindywidualizowanym wsparciem w okresie od 01.10.2018r do 30.09.2019r. GRUPA DOCELOWA: 72UP (44K),w tym ON, os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w min. 70% (31K;20M)stanowią os. należące do III profilu pomocy, których aktywizacja zawodowa odbywa się we współpracy z właściwym PUP/MUP poprzez realizację IPD. ON stanowią, co najmniej 5%UP. Maksymalnie 10% osób to os. z wykształceniem wyższym. Projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do os. z obszarów wiejskich położonych na terenie Obszaru Strategicznej Interwencji (OSI)-obszary o najgorszym dostępie do usług publicznych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują w roz. przepisów KC na obszarze wiejskim OSI (na terenach gmin wymienionych w pkt. 1.9 wniosku o dofinans.)
