SP and GImnatum, in the framework of the ZSP in Parma and SP under ZSP in Linate), with the lowest educational results at the region level (according to Annex 9 to DK), through the implementation of a comprehensive support programme including: providing the above-mentioned schools with an experiment providing teaching methods based on the method of experimentation in the field of nature and ICT equipment; the provision of support in the form of teaching and compensatory activities, the 430th (220K) training course and the increase in competences (through training and courses) of 42 teachers (including 35K), are preceded by a diagnosis of the needs of each project entity.     Celem projektu jest ograniczenie i zapobieganie przedwczesnemu kończeniu nauki szkolnej oraz zapewnianie równego dostępu do dobrej jakości kształcenia podstawowego oraz gimnazjalnego na terenie gminy Lipie poprzez objęcie wsparciem w terminie 01.09.2017-30.06.2019r 5 szkół z terenu gminy (SP im. J.Piłsudskiego i Gimnazjum im. K. Jadwigi w ramach ZSP wLipiu; SP i Gimnazjum w ramach ZSP w Parzymiechach i SP w ramach ZSP w Lindowie) - posiadających najsłabsze wyniki edukacyjne w skali regionu (zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 9 do DK) w postaci realizacji kompleksowego programu wsparcia obejmującego: doposażenie ww. szkół w pracownie umożliwiające nauczanie oparte na metodzie eksperymentu w obszarze przyrody oraz w sprzęt TIK; objęcie wsparciem w postaci zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych, rozwojowych 430u (220K) oraz zwiększenie kompetencji (poprzez szkolenia i kursy) 42 nauczycieli (w tym 35K) Opracowanie ww. projektu zostało poprzedzone diagnozą potrzeb każdej jednostki objętej projektem.
